Clean build and value for money
The build was very clean. Very competitive price. Delivery took more than advertised and no communication about eta until the time I made a follow-up call. Though the person who answered was very friendly and provided delivery schedule. If communication was there, I would have given 5*.

It was good
It was good , would have preferred having some of the cables that came with the pc parts (im sure there were some extras that were'nt included) but not a big deal. No issues with pc itself, it did come with an account already created for windows which I found not great for security so installed a fresh install of windows.

Affordable and good but…
2 weeks delivery for a budget build, which is understandable. They said, 1 RAM stick was found dislodged when I opened the box. But I reattached it and the systems works perfectly, so far.

Great company - highly recommend
Good customer service and overall good quality build, however it did not come with additional sata, power cables, or screws for mounting a HDD/SSD or pcie slot. Also had an issue on delivery with cabling however customer service worked quickly to address it.
EDIT: Updated from 3 stars, Customer service is excellent and i highly recommend contacting them with concerns/queries. Also impressed with the flexibility of the warranty and their updated terms

Hi Thomas, thanks for the feedback here and the more detailed stuff that you emailed through. We tried to give you a call on either Friday or Monday (can’t recall) as we wanted to discuss the points you raised.
We were wanting to let you know we can have that all sent out to you and that we were adjusting our warranty terms. Our approach to warranty is now pretty simple: You can upgrade/do what you want. As long as there is no accidental damage and everything is installed properly, your warranty remains intact.
We are also working on making a change to ensure any extra parts are included with all PCs.
Again, thanks for the feedback you provided and for purchasing your PC from us. We hope you enjoy it :)
