Fast and clear
From time to time have communicate with chat bot, it always got an operator’s response, fast and clear. On there side reaction is fast, which is very necessary. Thanks for your assistance in every point!

Everything is okey, transfer to hispital was comfortable .. but it would be better if communication between insurance and hospital would be more faster , while waiting confirmation for analysis

For the first time in many years and after a large number of trips, I had to use travel insurance. From the moment I reached out until I left the surgeon’s office, only one day passed. Excellent communication and service. I’m very grateful and highly recommend it!

I liked the bot experience
I liked the bot experience and that it was human-supported. I received informative and quick responses.
This is very important when you feel bad and stressed abroud. One thing that could be improved is that the partner company in Chile has challenges contacting me on What's up (they were trying to do this via their business chat and that didn't work). But in the end I got a doctor's appointment on the same say and received a good service. Thank you!

Працівники страхової компанії
Сотрудники страховой компании уже третий день не могут организовать запись на обследование. Предоставила все заключения и назначения врачей через почту, чат-боты, а также звонила несколько раз и каждый раз обещают организовать - ответ: ожидайте на организацию. На следующий день звоню, отвечает уже новый сотрудник, которому приходится всю истоию болезни повторять заново, такое впечатление, что у них нет общих записей. Очень трудно получить медицинскую помощь.

Це був складний випадок для мене, але не для компанії. Вони все зробили так, як треба. Швидко і якісно. Клініка- партнер зробила все можливе щоб мені стало краще. Дяку всім за допомогу і підтримку!
