Absolutely shocking I ordered 5 tops on sale, I received only 4 of them. I contacted them telling them that I hadn’t received one of my items. They then came back a day later saying they will refunded it so I re ordered the same top. Then 2 days later I received an email from them saying that my new order had been refunded. I sent them an email to ask why it was refunded and why they hadn’t contacted me about it where they then came back a day later saying it was sold out even though it is still in stock on their website. Now they are ignoring my emails.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Envi Clothing.
I received what was very clearly a returned order from another customer. The parcel still had the previous customer’s details and contact number inside, which is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of privacy.
The hoodie I ordered arrived in terrible condition — it had clearly been worn, it was stained, and even ripped. This is not what anyone expects when purchasing new clothing.
I immediately contacted customer service and have sent eight emails requesting a refund. I returned the goods as instructed, and it has now been five weeks, and I am still waiting for my refund. The lack of communication and delay is extremely frustrating.
The overall experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from Envi Clothing based on my experience.

My order arrived promptly but I had an issue and contacted the company. They were very efficient with quick response times. My issue was resolved immediately and within a couple of days I had a replacement. The company went above and beyond to help and I could not fault their customer service. The tracksuit is of great quality and well made. I wouldn’t hesitate in doing business with ENVI again.

I have purchased numerous clothing items from Envi1 for my son. The quality is really so good and washes very well. My son loves wearing this gear. The delivery service is very quick. 5* for these guys, well done

i ordered my son a cap which never got delivered to then waiting days for a reply on a email saying they had reposted another still no delivery! i am now waiting on a refund which i have no faith in this being made!!! AVOID AT ALL COST, terrible company shocking customer service.

The quality of all the products is amazing, they all wash like new. The staff are so efficient and reply promptly. All packages delivered without delay. Couldn't recommend enough . 10 out of 10 right across the board on every aspect of this brand.
