Delivery took a small while but that was probably ordered during the Christmas period. When the product came it didn’t disappoint and I absolutely love it

I ordered and paid for a tracksuit but it never arrived. Blaming courier but very obviously not despatched. No sign of refund.

Great quality tracksuits. On December 23rd I realised I did not have the tracksuit bottoms I thought I ordered for a Christmas present. I got on to the ENVI1 team straight away and they managed to dispatch the tracksuit bottoms immediately and within less than 24 hours they were delivered to my door. I was so appreciative of their speedy response and support so that I had the clothing in time for Christmas.

Package came quickly and on time and product is of high quality the customer service is amazing I’m very satisfied

Absolutely shocking customer service. Took an order they didn’t have in stock they then promised it would be delivered before Christmas and it didn’t arrive still have no order and awaiting refund and it was ordered at the start of December! Avoid this company at all costs.

the clothing itself is good quality but it is very overpriced and the shipping and delivery time is horrible i had to email them multiple times just to get them to deliver it as soon as possible and it said next day delivery but it was like 2-3 weeks

Ordered a tracksuit 14/12/25 on a 3 day delivery, took the money but not had a delivery, DPD tracking number is wrong so we cant track it. Canr get hold of ENVI1 tried in 5 occasions with no success. Scam of a company especially near Christmas

The worst company I’ve ever dealt with ordered on 4th December on 2-3 day delivery on 19th December still not delivered after many emails got refund avoid this company

My son loves this brand, everything he’s bought so far is a perfect fit 👌 and looks quality on him. Would definitely order again delivery is excellent .. But if any problems they are really easy to get in contact with and will solve the issue immediately. Excellent service 🥰

I really thought my order wouldn’t get here in time but fair play to envy, they got it to my door on Christmas Eve and were very helpful updating me. Have bought from them many times before the Xmas rush and always received next day and will definitely buy from them again as the quality is great and my teens love the clothes!

I got in contact with them and they wore able to return the tracksuit and give me an exchange on Christmas Eve so I will have it on Christmas
