No next day delivery no update and no response....

My son was delighted with his first order tracksuit & jacket so delighted he asked for another tracksuit which I ordered for him on the 17th with next day delivery.recived one update that dpd received my order & awaiting package and that's all I got..I emailed & messaged on Instagram to no reply..so annoyed you were accepting orders until 2pm on the 23rd for delivery 24th but yet you couldn't fulfill orders made the week before.

Appalling communication with customers…

Appalling communication with customers & Delivery is certainly not next day!!!!!!!

After several emails and DM'S sent on Instagram there has been no direct contact, an automated email was sent in reply telling me that there is a delay and I am guaranteed to receive my order before christmas.

It is now 14:20 on the 22nd December and the tracking information has not changed. It states DPD are still awaiting the parcel.

This order was placed on the 10th December at 12:15pm and it stated next day delivery when purchasing.

I can understand it's a very busy time of year but the customer care or the lack there of is deplorable.

Placed order on 27th November 2025 for…

Placed order on 27th November 2025 for a Christmas gift (t-shirt). I am still awaiting the delivery(15/12) despite many emails to them. They advised a replacement was sent out on 8th December but that has not arrived either and tracking has not been updated since 11th December and now ENVI are not replying to my emails!! Very disappointing and upsetting....will I ever get my order?????

Excellent quality

Quality of clothes is excellent and long lasting.
Delivery is very quick, usually only a couple of days.
Choice on website is just right and not too much.

Great quality! fast delivery

First time ordering! arrived within 2 days top quality tracksuits! I had an issue with items been out of stock so messaged them on insta and they replied straight away with when they would be restocking! Also give you an option to notify you when items will be restocked.
Highly recommend 👌

Exceptional customer service

I had purchased a tracksuit for my son at the end of November. They where both a size small but the top's sleeves where too long so I needed to exchange it for an XS. I went to the returns page on 1st December and accidentally selected refund instead of exchange. I got onto customer services the following day when I realised my mistake to see if there was an option to change the refund to an exchange. I was advised to just add a note with the returned item requesting a different size. I sent the top back(which I had to pay for) the following day and it was received by them on 5th December. I had emailed them on 8th December to see if the item had been process and got no reply. I then received an email on 10th to say I had been refunded and that it would take up to 10 days for it to show in my bank. I queried this with their Instagram page and they said the item was no longer in stock and that a refund had been issued. This was very disappointing as they have the item still available on their website which I screenshot and sent to the Instagram page. I was back and forth with them for a few days on insta as they had said they would check their stock to see if any size xs had been returned. They text me back on 17/12 to say the item had been restocked and sent me a link to pay for it honouring the price I had paid during the black Friday sale and also covered the cost of delivery! I have received xs size today on 18/12 so to say I'm am blown away by the level of customer service is an understatement. I'm so glad that this was rectified because the tracksuit is such good quality so I will definitely be ordering again, big thank you to whoever runs the insta page for getting this sorted for me 👏🏼

Would not purchase from this company again

Ordered a jacket and bottoms before the Black Friday sales thinking I would’ve been safe and received it in 2-3 days. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. After a week I emailed the company asking where the items were. Received an email back saying they got lost in transit, unfortunately the jacket had sold out but they would re send the items the following week when the jacket came back into stock, the next morning I received a email to say my items were out for delivery, I emailed the company so they would know not to resend the items. I then had a reply stating it was only the jacket because the bottoms were now out of stock. So within a few hours the jacket had been restocked (even though I was told it wouldn’t be in for another week), to then be told the bottoms were out of stock. I checked the website and the bottoms are still in stock. I emailed the company as I bought the jacket and bottoms for a reason, I didn’t want either or! Absolute shambles to be honest, I know companies can make mistakes but this is just ridiculous. So even though I paid full price, I didn’t get what I wanted but others who got the Black Friday prices received theirs!!

It’s clear that the communication around your order, stock availability, and the re-shipment process fell short. You should never have been given conflicting information, and I understand how disappointing it must have been especially as you ordered ahead of the Black Friday period to avoid delays.

I’m also sorry that you didn’t receive the full set you originally purchased. We completely understand that the jacket and bottoms were intended to be worn together, and it’s unacceptable that our internal processes led to confusion around stock levels.

Please know that your feedback has been passed on to our fulfilment and customer service teams so we can investigate what went wrong and ensure something like this doesn’t happen again.

We have sent you a label to return the jacket to us and we will send you a refund once received.

Fantastic service! Super fast confirmation and delivery. No issues with exchanges. Immediate responses to any queries. Went above and beyond to return something I had accidentally returned to them. Quality of the tracksuits is excellent.
