I love going to eos it is such a good…
I love going to eos it is such a good gym and I recommend it to everyone.
EOS Fitness is about making money from you
EOS Fitness is about making money from you. Be careful with the welcome visit! If you say no to trying to enroll in a personal training class, they bring another person to try to convince you. Similar to being in a car dealership.
I tried to take my wife and could not even get a free pass for her. It was either me upgrading which I could not because the manager was not there or her getting another membership which does not make sense when my employer reimburses me for health and wellness.
These people care about how they can make money more than how they can help you have a good experience.
This company is horrible
This company is horrible, you try calling customer service to no available, go out of your way to visit the gym in person to fix a billing issue and the only only person that can help with that is on a 3 hour lunch, signed up for personal training and get billed 8 different times in 3 months, most of the staff is young(which is ok) but in a nutshell don’t give a damn,be careful which gym you sign up for, not this one, personally will never make this mistake again
Be very careful of these people
Be very careful of these people, the way they bill. I was double billed a month ago, as I changed my membership, contract said I would not be billed for a month, then billed again today the incorrect amount, have emailed corporate 3X, have talked to local club manager on Raintree, no response, no resolution, despite being told I would hear from a team member within 48 hours. No communication, no way to reach out other than what I have done, and they will not correct, credit me back for incorrect billing. Very frustrating, dunno what to do.
I genuinely wish I did not have to…
I genuinely wish I did not have to write this review. I was a regular EōS member who attended classes at multiple locations and had generally enjoyed my experience. Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled not only at the club level but also through the company’s review and appeal process, I can no longer recommend EōS Fitness as a whole. If a zero-star rating were an option, that is the rating I would give based on my experience.
The issue began with repeated confusion surrounding the guest check-in process for my sister, who attended as my guest. On multiple occasions, she experienced difficulties checking in despite being an authorized guest. During the final incident, she left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome and later told me she would not return because of how she felt she had been treated.
Because of her experience, I approached management to express my concerns. The manager involved in my sister’s interaction was also the person who handled my concerns. At the time, I was left with the understanding that she was the person responsible for addressing management-level issues at the location. I felt my concerns regarding my guest’s experience were not taken seriously and that the customer service surrounding the situation was poor.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee later located and corrected the issue with my sister’s guest information and apologized for the confusion. This left me feeling that the entire situation could have been resolved much differently from the beginning.
I want to be fair and acknowledge that I became frustrated during my interaction with staff and regret my part in the disagreement that followed.
Shortly afterward, I was informed that my membership had been permanently revoked from all EōS locations. What concerns me most is not the disagreement itself, but how the matter was handled afterward.
After learning that my membership had been revoked, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Following the instructions provided by EōS staff, I returned to the Higley location in person and apologized for my role in the interaction. I also submitted a formal written appeal through the EōS review process and included an apology there as well, acknowledging my part in the situation and taking responsibility for my conduct.
Despite those efforts, I never received a clear explanation of the specific conduct or policy violation that warranted a permanent ban. The final response I received was a form letter citing general policies regarding inappropriate conduct but did not identify the specific behavior that led to the decision or address the questions raised in my appeal.
I respect a business’s right to enforce its policies and protect its employees. However, when a member is permanently banned from every location, I believe members deserve transparency, a meaningful review process, and a clear explanation of the reasons for that decision.
While others may have positive experiences at EōS, my experience left me feeling that there was little opportunity for resolution, clarification, or fair consideration of the circumstances. The permanent ban itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and meaningful response throughout the process was what ultimately left the strongest impression.
eos stole my money--impossible to cancel beware
eos stole my money--i thought i was only send $10 to hold my membership in place as the gym was not even built yet in my boca rataon location. I did not realize they charged me 14 months. i requested cancellation and had to jump through hoops as no one answered the phone and i had to send in a written letter cnacellation. are you kidding me with this garbage. then they told me i had to wait 30 days until i can cancel and that they would charge another $10 for another 30 days. this is absurd--their gym is low quality stay away..bad run company
I have been lifting for over 30 years…
I have been lifting for over 30 years and EOS Casselberry, Florida is by far the best gym I have ever been to. Jade the Operations Manager is always smiling and willing to help. This gym has all the machines and free weights a serious lifter needs. 🏋️♂️
Dirty facility, terrible managers, and liars!
They have the absolute worst staff. Managers are only available when they can sell something but when you have a problem, they are NEVER available. When I signed up, they recommended 2 supplements. I trusted them and bought them. The first time I tried it, I absolute worst side effects. I took both supplements back the next day, one was not even opened. When I asked if they knew about the side effects, they said the supplements don’t have side effects. I explained to them that I googled what the side effects are after my experience and it absolutely has side effects, the completely ignored that statement. They took the product and said I would receive a refund in 5-7 business days. I went back after 10 days. No manager was available to talk to me. An employee who was very kind was going back and forth to try to help me. He came back and said the refund has been processed and I should see the refund in 3-5 days. 7 more days passed by and nothing. Called to speak to manager, none available. I have expressed I want to cancel my membership as I have been there less than a month and they say they are still going to charge me the annual fee and monthly fee. On top of this, the facility is filthy. The bathrooms are disgusting. Days go by and no one cleans or refills anything. I will never go back.
I am very disappointed with this…
I am very disappointed with this company and with how my personal training account has been handled. I signed up for training for one specific reason: to help maintain my muscle strength during my cancer treatment, as one of the side effects has been muscle loss. I began training on March 10, 2026, and scheduled one session per week on Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. with Bella. Bella was an excellent trainer, and I very much enjoyed working with him. Timeline of Events • April 1: I told Bella that I would be out of town on April 8 and that, after that date, my treatment schedule would be five days a week. I asked whether we could move my training session to Saturday, April 18, and he agreed. • April 18: Bella did not appear for the scheduled session. At the time, I assumed he had simply forgotten about the date change. • April 25: Bella again did not appear for my 7:00 a.m. session. When I asked at the front desk, I was shocked to learn that he was no longer with the gym, yet no one had informed me. The staff member I spoke with took my name and number and told me someone from training would contact me to assign a new trainer. • May 2: My next training day came and went, and no one was there to train me. • May 9: I still had not been contacted, despite being told on both April 25 and May 2 that someone would reach out. On that date, I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with Will, the assistant manager. He seemed concerned, and I explained that I was very upset and wanted to cancel my training. He told me someone from training would need to handle cancellations and said that someone would call me that day. No one called. • May 12: I made a special trip to the club and spoke with one of the training managers. I explained the situation and again requested cancellation of my contract. I was told that contracts are not canceled and that I would have to complete it. My understanding is that contracts go both ways, and at this point the club’s training program has not fulfilled its obligations. I then spoke with the Club Manager, who was upset that this had happened, especially since she was the one who signed me up. I again requested cancellation, and she took my information and said she would take care of it. • May 13: I received a message from Diana at EOS Fitness stating that I had been assigned a new trainer starting this Saturday at 7:00 a.m. That is not what I requested. My cancer treatments will be ending in one week. Requested Resolution Because EOS Fitness did not notify me that my trainer had left, failed to provide a replacement in a timely manner, and did not follow through on repeated promises to contact me, I believe the training program has broken its agreement with me. I am therefore formally requesting that my training program be canceled and that I receive an appropriate refund. I messaged EOS May 15th 2026 no one has reached out to me as site said.
If you are looking for a great trainer
If you are looking for a great trainer, try Alex Vierhout at EOS located at Litchfield and Waddell. He listens to what you want to work on and guides you to the best techniques. He explains each movement and pushes you just enough.

Rip off artists
Rip off artists! I was a member here at Ray San Rural location for about 5 years until a few weeks ago. EoS created a fictional debt stating I owed for a personal training contract which ended at my insistence almost 4 years ago. They approached me and told me the contract was past due 1509 days??? No conversation prior to them informing me of this. No attempt to collect. They told me they would waive it if I resigned for personal training. What a shake down. After this I began researching and illegal activities seem core to how they operate. Dumped them and blocked their ability to bill me. Avoid this place at all costs.
24-Hour Gym That Would Not Honor a Pass for a Non-Traditional Schedule
Approximately two weeks before visiting the Frisco EōS Fitness location (Preston Rd/Lebanon Rd), I contacted the gym and explained my non-traditional schedule and need to access the gym during very early morning hours. During that discussion, I was told I could still come in early and have the advertised FREE 7-Day Pass honored despite the standard activation hours.
EōS Fitness advertises online: “FREE 7-DAY GYM PASS” with “First time guest pass activation available daily between 8AM—9PM.” I understood this was the standard policy, but I relied on the direct conversation I had with staff regarding my situation.
Based on that representation, I went to the club between approximately 3:00 AM and 4:00 AM, presented the pass, and it was entered into the system through May 14.
I also explained that I intended to sign up for the $9.99 membership after the trial because I currently maintain a long-standing membership with 24 Hour Fitness and wanted EōS Fitness as an additional gym due to its convenience and 24-hour access.
After the pass had already been activated, I received a generic text message from the General Manager stating the pass would not be honored because I had previously visited the club.
My concern is the inconsistent communication and lack of professionalism. If the gym did not intend to honor the pass, that should have been communicated before the pass was activated and before I was told accommodations could be made.
Because EōS Fitness markets itself as a 24-hour gym, there should be a reasonable process for honoring or activating guest passes during all operational hours, not only traditional daytime management hours, especially for individuals with non-traditional schedules.
Requested Resolution:
• Honor the originally activated 7-day pass.
• Improve communication regarding promotional passes and scheduling accommodations.
• Establish a process for honoring guest passes during all operational hours at 24-hour gym locations.
The Scammiest gym in Las Vegas I have…
The Scammiest gym in Las Vegas I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now I have been told several times now my membership has been canceled and the next month they bill me again. Go in and fight with them again only to get the run around how desperate is this company that it needs to scam me for $10 a month to keep the doors open. Dont waste your time Go to a legitimate gym.
Absolute SCAM
Absolute SCAM. Good luck cancelling membership without them charging you so much.
Our daughter signed up, attended and paid monthly, until she needed to move away for a while. She called them and cancelled. There was no mention of paying extra months, they simply did it. When we realized their charges we contacted their financial services (ABC financial- please read their horrible reviews), they were rude, didn’t speak clear english and didn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. Even then, they said that our cancellation is pending until we pay another month.
We thought talking to the gym directly might be more beneficial. We spoke to David “the manager” who agreed that our daughter hasn’t been to their gym for months. He sounded “nice” and said that he will place a “ticket” to help us. At some point we spoke to Sercan who also sounded nice. But after the first call, we had to call several times a day to get hold of David. He seems to be always on lunch or with other customer. Never returned calls and rarely replied to emails either. Meanwhile, they are still accumulating “late fees” even after charging and receiving 3 months worth of service 4 months after our daughter canceled and 5 months after her last visit.
We spent so long trying to close this but this is not really their intention, rather to accumulate more charges and send their horrible financial company after you… all while David is playing nice. Be aware and look for a gym that actually care about customer service.
Avoid Personal Training
The gym is good for the price.
The personal training should be avoided. If you sign up for the service, you may not receive training. You will also not be allowed to cancel your personal training contract even if you stopped receiving training.
This happened to me directly. I spent more than 5 hours trying to handle this problem and only received a total of 30 minutes of personal training.
Deceptive Business Practices & Very Poor Leadership
DO NOT JOIN
Detailed Compliant:
Unauthorized billing, refusal to provide proof of contract, deceptive business practices, and failure to resolve repeated customer disputes.
Nice facility, with great amenities, but very poor onsite leadership and very deceptive business practices.
Despite numerous in-person meetings with the General Manager (Chris) and other leaders of the organization, I have only received verbal assurances that the charges would stop. No action has been taken. The charges have continued, and there has been zero follow-up or accountability from management.
This behavior constitutes, at minimum, gross negligence and, at worst, intentional unauthorized billing practices. Charging a consumer without explicit authorization or a signed agreement is a direct violation of accepted billing standards and may constitute a violation of the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA).
This issue appears to reflect a broader pattern of misconduct. Publicly available BBB complaints and consumer reviews indicate consistent reports of:
• Unauthorized recurring charges
• Obstruction or manipulation of cancellation processes
• Failure to provide refunds
• Unprofessional and dismissive management behavior
It is evident that this location operates under a reactive model—addressing issues only when escalated publicly—rather than maintaining lawful and ethical business practices.
It is unacceptable that repeated direct attempts to resolve this issue with management have failed, leaving social media intervention as the only viable path toward resolution. This pattern of conduct raises serious concerns about the company’s billing practices and internal oversight.

First gym I've ever been to that has a whole bunch of hidden fees that they don't tell you about including annual fees and everything else they talk to me into an extension of a free trial for a dollar for 30 days and then once that time was up they tried to charging me $115 for a damn membership that is out of control and ridiculously priced what is this the Beverly hills I don't think so and then they make it impossible for you to cancel there's no way to cancel
BUYER BEWARE
BUYER BEWARE! EOS FITNESS Is like any corporate Gym. All about deceptive practises, small print, hard to read. Verbably telling you one thing, while in the conract your agreeing to something else. They need a 30 Day Cancelation Notice. on everthing. Just to suck you dry. I signed my Grandson up to help him out, little did I realise I't was also on a 30 day cancelation.
MY FEELINGS, IF COMPANY WAS WORTH IS'T SALT, THEY WOULD NOT REQUIRE 30 DAYS TO CANCEL. THEY WOULD WANT TO TREAT YOU RIGHT, SO MAYBE YOU WOULD WANT TO RETURN, WHEN YOUR FINACES GOT BETTER. EOS KNOWS YOU WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN, DUE TO THE WAY THEY ROBBED YOU
EoS Fitness shady treatment of seniors
With the new year on us I went to have my silver sneakers account updated. A guy named Jacob was doing the switch of my insurance. He asked if I wanted to try a trainer so I asked him how much this will cost me. He stated $280, I thought this was the only charge. What he failed to tell me is that $280 was every other week for 4 months. When I confronted him he stated that he told me. If he had I would never have signed up. Upon taking $1120 I confronted him and he lied to his manager that he had told me which was a lie. This fitness company is deceptive and does not care how you are treated. I’m 73 and live on a fixed social security pay. No way would I have afforded this ridiculous charge. Total amount would be $2240. Such a shame to be treated unfairly like this.
