Where is your help?A response?Anything?
This is a foundation that was created for epileptics, and when you find yourself in need, you are to be able to call and receive help from someone, as they have a 24 hr. line, however, in my circumstance, they were of no help at all. I am writing this review because I have called, sent emails and nobody will return my emails, or calls. The one time I spoke to someone, Miss Gigi Jones, as she identifies herself, said she would call me back the next day, that never happened. I called again yesterday and left another message, and nobody has called me back. I remember when I had to utilize this resource when a doctor had abandoned me in 2023, and someone answered the hotline, people called back, and you got a sense of caring and urgency. Unfortunately, I do not get that sense at all. I have called all their numbers, including legal, and sending emails for help, even at my closet office Boise, and nobody returns the calls. I have to say that this is beyond disappointing as a disabled epileptic, because it has left me with no resources and once again abandoned by not only a doctor, but a hospital as well. I have to say that I do not feel that I can trust this organization, or would rate it well. It is mind blowing to me that a foundation set up to help people with epilepsy, cant even find the time, or care to find the time to respond to someone in need of help. There really is no excuse for it, and it truly is unacceptable.
