Best decision to visit Eramai
I had the best experience visiting Éramai here at Melbourne. I had Red light LED treatment. I had problem skin with big pores on my nose mainly. They have used best peel product ever made. One use and result is instant without going through painful blackhead removal procedure. My facial treatment was gentle on skin and super effective. Must visit Eramai, here staff knows what your skin requires not just from outside but inside too!!

Not your typical facial / absolutely amazing
I absolutely loved my LED non-surgical facelift at Eramai in Crown Melbourne. It’s not at all your typical facial experience, but for all the right, most amazing reasons. I left with such a clear understanding of my skin and what it actually needs, walked away with two different serums, and the moisture level in my skin improved virtually overnight. I’ll 100% be back and will be recommending this to everyone!

Amazing and relaxing experience
My husband gifted this experience to me and it was honestly unbelievable — I loved every minute of it. The treatment was so relaxing, but also incredibly informative. I learned so much about my skin, which I really appreciated.
I ended up purchasing two products that were specifically suited to my post-pregnancy hyperpigmentation and hormonal acne around my chin, and I’m already seeing results. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this service more — such a beautiful experience from start to finish. Not your typical facial in all the best ways possible!

This was just an expensive sales pitch
This was sold as a relaxing facial experience. It was essentially an expensive sales pitch. The beauty therapist herself was very friendly, however, you just sit in a chair, while they use some product on you and try to convince you to purchase or sign up to a very expensive “VIP” package. The products were very expensive for what they are, much better options available. After a peel, some serums and a LED wand (all applied while sitting in a chair in a non sound-proof cubicle), that was it! My skin usually feels lovely after a facial, but this didn’t do anything for me.

Cream sales pitch….
Nice. Girl, friendly and lots of information, but in the end it was just a product selling experience. The treatment was very unprofessional, as one sits in a chair whilst they reach across and put a dab of cream then a wand they say is special. High grade laser . Would go to a proper beautician if wanted a professional treatment.

Don't usually leave reviews but I had the LED non-surgical facelift treatment at Eramai on January 18th and had an excellent experience. The staff provided attentive care throughout, genuinely listened to my concerns about my face, and offered thoughtful suggestions for improvement. The treatment itself was done expertly, and the facility was immaculately clean with a luxurious atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Loved my LED facelift at Eramai!
I visited Eramai today after a morning at the tennis and it was su ch a great experience, racially after a morning in the Melbourne sun! I saw the gorgeous Sandra who was very knowledgeable and perfectly identified my skin concerns and needs. I purchased a mask and a serum and my face was absolutely glowing after their signature LED facelift. I loved it! I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.
