This is not your average facial
If you are wanting a relaxing facial this is not it . Yes not what I expected , it did feel , it was like a selling product at the end . At a very high price as well .
The results were working on the deeper level of my skin
Not the surface level .
With a great result very soft skin
At the end .
I did think the peel was like magic
So yes I bought it
So I see what happens in 6 weeks , as I did not book to go back oh sorry staff are extra friendly , some people don’t like that , just saying

I was introduced to my therapist who ensured I was and comfortable and then conducted her assessment of my skin . Page explained her findings and what she would recommend. Page performed the treatment explaining what it would do for my skin and how it should feel . Page provided all relevant information and had good knowledge of the products inviting me to ask questions. Page provided instructions on how to use the products at home .

Took my mum and I for a treatment and absolutely loved it. Staff (Paige and Louise) were fantastic and very caring. They explained everything and we left with excellent soft skin. Def recommend!

Not your average facial
If you're looking for a relaxing, quiet facial experience - this is not it.
Like many, I didn't really know what to expect, and I understand why some people feel it's like a pop-up with the sole intention of selling expensive products.
However, I thought the experience was fun and different, with an emphasis on results-based skin care rather than surface-level.
Louise was lovely to talk to and came across as very knowledgeable. The photo analysis results aligned with my thoughts, and my skin felt great after. I've rebooked for 6 weeks' time and bought the home peel, so I'll update the review then.
I'd say go ahead and try it, but just be prepared for the expensive product sale and the excellent objection-handling training!

This was my second session as I live in…
This was my second session as I live in Perth and only get to Melbourne occasionally. I cannot emphasise enough how fantastic the service and products are. Sandra did a wonderful job of explaining everything in such detail and when she started applying the products to my face I could feel immediately the impact and visually see the transformation. Thank you for an amazing experience and I would recommend the treatment 100%.
