Due to my French bank not allowing the…
Due to my French bank not allowing the full sum to cover my initial trade Eris kindly managed to get this trade cancelled without cost. On the next trade my helpful(!) French bank did not allow me to transfer the total funds to cover my trade on the same day. Eris were very helpful and kept me informed at very stage of the operation. Whilst the amount was not large this made no difference to Eris and they gave the great service that they had provided me over the years. They also manage to give a better exchange rate than their competitors.

I have changed currency through Eris Fx for more than 10 years. Each time I have exchanged large tranches of money to purchase or renovate properties. On each occasion Eris have offered a competitive rate of exchange and a reliable friendly service.

Very helpful
Very helpful, even when I had a problem with my payment bank holding the funding due to a security check. The problem was resolved eventually and I wasn't penalised for late payment - Thank you

The service is very reliable
The service is very reliable, set up the transfer 2 days in advance, arrange payment at the start of the due date and the money is in our account by the end of the day.

And the good news is you don't need to set up the transfer 2 days in advance any more, we've now introduced a same-day service which means you can set up the transfer and receive the currency on the same day as long as we get your money before the relevant cut-off time.
