The foreign exchange service I received…
The foreign exchange service I received was particularly impressive as I was new to the process and needed some reassurances.
Also, my type of exchange was typical of a 'once in a lifetime' occurrence and it would have been easy to assume I would not require the company's service again and deliver a standard service.
As it happens, I will require future sterling / euro exchanges and I will use Eris FX again.

Bought currency Friday morning and transferred funds immediately to ErixFX. However, Money did not get into my French bank account till the following Wednesday. Why so long?

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, as you know we cannot control your French bank. Your payment was sent first thing Tuesday morning as a same wire payment and should have been credited to your account on the same day.

A friend of mine highly recommended to use Eris FX . I was really nervous because of the amount of money that I was transferring from France to England. Jacky was very reassuring and patient. Couldn't ask for a better service from Eris FX as they did exactly as they advertised, easy to deal and good rates well done Eris FX. Even when we had some concerns Jacky Chapple was there to support and guide us through the process so you couldn't be in better hands. Would recommend them without hesitation.
