My Mum was wanting to replace her bathroom suite with something more modern, including tiling for the floor. We arranged through our plumber and fitters, to see the range in Shepton and to meet with Tara. Tara initially visited Mum’s house to cross-check the sizes and existing fittings, which was great because it gave her a clear idea and understanding of what Mum was trying to achieve! Huge success … Mum and I were at the showroom for about an hour and selected what we liked and thought would be ideal - Tara was excellent with her suggestions, comments and totally understanding of the products and sizes available through the business. It was effortless and everything was ordered there and then. The delivery was arranged for the morning of the start of the work and again, arrived first delivery (as promised) and everything ordered arriving. We would totally recommend to anyone considering a new bathroom from a local supplier and with staff who clearly are experts in their field.

We stayed local to buy a bathroom and are so pleased with the choice now. Josh made the process easy and trouble free, any concerns or small issues with parts were dealt with timely and stress free.

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Total Plumbing's Axminster branch for a new fitted bathroom and two new ensuites and their service was consistently good on every front.
From the initial point of contact to the resolution of any issues, the professionalism and product knowledge demonstrated by Total Plumbing's team were excellent. Scheduling an appointment was hassle-free, and they were accommodating to my availability. Alys, the representative we dealt with goes that extra mile to ensure that you are happy with what you are buying. Her knowledge, design expertise and professionalism was very helpful.

We bought an Almera shower from Escape Bathrooms & Kitchens. Jamie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Our plumber fitted it but the water was not coming through hot enough. We went back to speak to Jamie who spoke to the people from Almera. Jim came out and sorted it. We now have a lovely hot shower thanks to them both. Would definitely recommend Jamie and Escape bathrooms.

Our designer Louise discussed all the options and provided a wonderful design and within budget. Both designer and installer came up with suggestions that we hadn’t even considered or thought possible.
As with any project this size there were a few issues and these were dealt with swiftly by all parties concerned and the final result was stunning.

I was recommended by our builder to visit Escape bathrooms in Frome, as he put it they have 'the best showroom in the South West'. Jamie was fantastic throughout and spent time deciding each individual product with us, he was very attentive to our likes and dislikes and gave us very competitive prices on quality bathroom products. Definitely made the process more enjoyable and even came up to my home in Bristol to replace a bath when the one I ordered was too small, with no hassle.

As complete novices to house renovation, Tara, in the Frome showroom, provided all the help we needed to redesign and fit our bathrooms. Starting with measuring up and initial suggestions she was happy to reproduce and tweak the plans over multiple visits. My visits to the showroom provided an oasis of calm amidst the stress of decision making and Tara could not have been more patient or helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Escape Bathrooms .Thanks to their expert planning and helpful ideas, and liaison with our plumber we now have a stylish new shower room.

The (Frome) showroom is great for being able to see the things you might buy "in the flesh" - when you're spending a lot of money on a shower enclosure (for example) I'd rather do this than buy something unseen and untouched from a website.

Jamie Knight was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process, including over a month after my purchase, after everything had been installed, he arranged for the manufacturer to send me a replacement plastic cap for the shower door frame (I suspect my installer might have misplaced the original!)
He was also not in the least bit pushy, letting the products sell themselves and helping me to work out which was the most appropriate for my needs.

I also interacted with other members of staff at a couple of stages - Tara & Louise - and they were both very helpful too.

Great experience buying both our main bathroom and en-suite. Able to beat prices from elsewhere and Jamie was extremely helpful at every stage of the process.

Currently refurbishing a house and needed to refit 2 en-suites, a bathroom, a cloakroom and a toilet. My builder suggested I visited the Honiton branch which has a very good showroom with a wide range of products. Worked with Maddie to finalise the designs and select the sanitary ware. Maddie added value with her knowledge available products, suggesting alternatives where necessary. It proved to be quite an iterative process but Maddie showed immense patience and saw the job through to a final order.

Very helpful, patient, not pushy and resolved my mis-order of one item with great grace. So a really good place to buy from and source through. Communication always top, thanks, Tara Sims. Perhaps a final double check run through of ordered items would have got the fifth star!!
