They where great ,polite and got my hot…
They where great ,polite and got my hot tub working again. They kept going until it was working . Yes they had to come out a few times but they was pleasant and persevered til it was right. Very grateful.

Bought a hot tub a few years ago now and they were very good at helping me pick the right one , was fitted promptly and have had no issues ever since , if I need anything I just have to call in the shop and they are always very friendly and helpful . Have it serviced every year as well so its always well.looked after

Great Hot Tub Products, Exceptional Support
I’ve been very happy with this product – it’s excellent for maintaining my hot tub and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable water treatment products.
Unfortunately, my order arrived with some issues. The package had broken during delivery, which caused one of the products to leak, and a few items were missing as a result.
Despite this, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. The support team went above and beyond to resolve the problem quickly, arranging replacements for the damaged and missing items without any hassle. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction completely turned the experience around.
Great products backed by exceptional customer support. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Worst experience ever
I hardly ever write a review, but I feel I need to warn other potential customers of this Jacuzzi store.
After lots of consideration we decided to order a Jacuzzi from the Nottinghamshire store. We paid in full and were given a delivery date. On the day of delivery we were told they did not have the Jacuzzi available to deliver. Very frustrating but we then finally got another delivery date ..... same again - I phoned on the day of delivery to ask where were they, only to be told the installation wasn't even on their system for install that day. After giving them one last chance I finally cancelled the order. I should have received the refund within 10 days. I am still waiting a month later and no one ever answers my emails or calls.
My only available next step is a legal process.
Please avoid Jacuzzi Nottinghamshire.

Thank you for your review.
We fully accept that, on this occasion, we did not get things right. There were delays with the delivery and installation of your Jacuzzi, and our communication around those delays should have been much better. For that, I have already apologised to you directly, and I am happy to do so again here.
That said, I do feel it is important to clarify that this matter was already being dealt with before this review was posted. I had spoken with you personally, apologised for the delay, explained the position and confirmed that your refund would be processed and returned to you as soon as possible.
The installation delay itself was not intended to be open-ended, nor were we ignoring the situation. The Jacuzzi could have been installed shortly afterwards, but we respect your decision to cancel the order and request a refund instead.
We are a small, hands-on business and we work extremely hard to look after our customers properly. In this case, we fell short of the standards we set ourselves, particularly with communication, and I take responsibility for that. However, we have acted in good faith throughout and have been working to resolve the matter.
Your refund remains in progress and I will continue to make sure this is followed through to completion.
