Great Product, Best Product, But Price For Loyal Subscribers Should Be Much More Fairer!!
Product is excellent and I'm very happy with the protection of my PC, only complaint is about price, with the automatic renewal the annual price is higher than if I did not have auto renewal and then you have a discounted price to entice me and others to renew, which I think is unfair, especially as I am a loyal customer.

Poor communication and unattainable personal backup
I am a senior citizen who can't understand your communications or what I am signed up for
I just pay the bills.
I paid $39.97 invoice 12246388 in April and have no idea what it was for
You don't have a route to actually get advice from a person or actually know where you are situated
Once upon a time there was someone I could talk to for assistance
I am still with you as I imagine your competitors would not offer more meaningful help.
