Renewing before old subscription was finished
I have had great difficulty adding another computer & sorting it all out. I tried following the instructions, but will sort it out. I phoned & renewed my subscription over the phone which was very easy.

Got to the point where I was to enter payment details when I got the message ,”Oops, something went wrong, try again later,”. Now, if you go through the steps to renew my subscription it is sitting waiting in my bank account”
