Scam company. Beware!

I am 2 months down the line and still not received the blades I subscribed to. Despite several emails I am still struggling with a cheap disposable razor. Absolute crap.

although customer service was attentive, the product itself is terrible. the suction doesnt stick in the shower, the razor blades dont fit on the razor well, new blades aren't sharp, and the lubricant on the blades sticks to everything and destroys the razor

Efter utallige henvendelser løser virksomheden fortsat ikke vedvarende problemer med fragt.

Uprofessionel og useriøs virksomhed, da besvarer henvendelser med copy-paste svar og spiller dum, når man gentager problemerne med manglende levering, som de har trukket penge fra.

Produktet kommer vitterligt kun frem 75% af gangene. De har nogle fine blade, hvilket er grunden til 2 stjerner - men hvad angår afsending så ved jeg ikke hvad de laver. Har haft abonneret på dem i 2 års tid, grundet ringe konkurrence på markedet, men der er kommet tilfredsstillende alternativer nu.

Purchased as bloggers rave about the brand and the quality of the product. I can say I’m not impressed.

The suction cup doesn’t suck to my shower so I had to attach the razor to my mirror - not a great start. Upon first use the product was fine, no major difference to any other high street razor. The second shave was terrible, the razor which had been kept away from water because gunky and bled onto the blade so there wasn’t a close shave. I found myself shaving the same area 2-3 times to get rid of the hair. After the second shave the blades were no longer sharp so I tried the replacement head. Both times I came out in a shaving rash and experienced quite painful ingrown hairs.

After this experience I cancelled my subscription. I can safely say this is a blogger driven product which doesn’t hold up to expectations - likely because bloggers lie and get the free product. Not worth the money and high street ones last for more uses. All in all very disappointed that I wasted my money.

Efter at have tegnet abonnement, som skulle sikre levering af nye blade hver tredje måned, må jeg nu opgive og har bedt om pengene retur.
Pengene blev trukket fra min konto for 2 mdr. siden, og har ikke modtaget noget… De hævder at have sendt en ny levering 3 gange, men intet sker.

Love the concept and brand ethos, but it doesn’t follow through.

I’ve used razors for years with no issues, rashes and limited ingrown hairs.
Since switching to estrid I am constantly battling with rashes, itchiness and cuts. It’s absurd.

I am cancelling my subscription and switching back to Gillette.

Anyone thinking of switching to Estrid I would hold off until they acknowledge all of these reviews and make improvements, rather than spending their budget on influencers.

The blades go blunt very quickly. At most you get 2 uses before you need to change. The blades also "damage" the skin, I never have gotten so many nicks and razor burns as I have with this product, not since experimenting with bic razors in my preteens!! Also, since using this razor my legs are destroyed with ingrown hairs, not my underarms, just my legs.
The ethos is nice etc. but I can't help but feel with the constant changing of heads that it's not that much more environmentally conscious than your Venus razor etc.
I have decided to cancel today, I barely shave, but when I do choose to I don't want to feel like I am harming my skin.

Handles are too slippery, blades come off to easy and it has given me the worse ingrowing hairs ever!!!!

The handle feels good quality. The blades are poor and go blunt very quickly. My blades didn’t arrive. Customer services were difficult to get hold of and and were dismissive. Cancelled my subscription. Won’t be ordering again and would not recommend. Poor.

The look of the razor is very nice but the actual practicality of it isn’t good at all. The razors get very gooey and slimy after one use and makes it difficult to shave properly. The razor heads also pop off very easily especially when you’re trying to shave in more sensitive and harder to reach places so it’s difficult to ever shave properly there. Brand ethos and message is great but the actual product needs a lot of work.

Absolutely un-safe to use the handle is sturdy but the clips for the blades are terrible ive cut myself more than once where ive been mid shave and the head had come away from the handle.

Before using these razors, I never had issues with ingrown hairs and now I get them everytime I shave! I gave it a go for a year but they’re just not suitable for me. Each razor blade only lasts 2-3 shaves.

Elendig levering og kundeservice. Har ventet i 3 uger på mit startkit. Hvordan kan det være SÅ elendig service?

Blade went completely blunt after 1 use. Would not recommend. Will be going back to high street razors.

Absolutely best shaving product ever. I have been using it for 9 months and it works amazingly, no need to change the blades every month like with other brands. So worth it. Amazing product. Incredible design. Thank you.

Tror det er den bedste skraber, jeg nogensinde har prøvet. Er dog ikke så vild med at købe produkter i abonnement. Men nu har jeg fundet ud af at ændre det, så jeg ikke drukner i skær .... ;-) Har lige været i kontakt med deres Kundeservice, som svarede rigtig hurtigt i dag :-)

Really wanted to like it as the concept is a great idea, nice aesthetic etc but the razor itself is awful. Gave me red bumps instantly and went blunt so fast.

The razors are great and they make your skin feel so soft too! Whenever I’ve had any issues estrid have immediately sorted them out over Facebook messenger. Great company and great product.

The razors are awful. It’s too bulky and heavy. They make the razor handle feel ‘expensive’ but the actual blades are terrible. Too big to shave anywhere sensitive. Go blunt after about 3-4 uses. I’ll be going back to Gillette without a doubt. Worst £8 I’ve ever spent.
