Essex and Suffolk Water Avis 

I personally would like to say thank you to Emma Mills, From Costumer projects. She went a huge extra mile! I tried to report water leak for a few times on Friday. But everyone said it’s not they problem. Finally I reported it to my council. Today I received a call from Emma. She was interested how everything goes. It’s not Essex & Suffolk water problem, but she is monitoring this. I’m so happy and thankful for her enthusiasm and help!

My best friend was having problems reportage leak outside her appartment and had spent hours on the phone and getting knowhere.. I tried to help with no avail, however my friend finally made Contact with Emma Mills in Customer Projects who has gone the extra mile to ensure the fault will be rectified and keeping her updated on the progress. I have had two occasions to connect Essex and Suffolk water lately...one to take my partners name off the account, as he has passed away, and the second time to request a new outside stop cock to be fitted . On both occassions I found the operator and the engineer extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind....would recommend them highly if you have the need to contact them. Thank you..

ongoing issues with crazy bills (always estimated) for some strange reason, promised booked in call backs from managers that they don't do ,helpline states we are busy and can take an hour to get to you ,no way to keep place in queue like most large companies.

Hi had a leaking main stop Cork inside the house plumber couldn't turn water of street level so called Essex and Suffolk water and I have to say they were brilliant came out and sorted it so able to fix the problem in door's well done lads

Technician arrived within half an hour of calling. Wasn’t a very straight forward problem but took time and as far as I’m concerned went the extra mile to ensure my water was running again. I received an excellent service.

Paid bill in full but they still left a default on my credit report which will stay for 6 years. My credit score was 'Excellent' and now is 'Poor'. Currently trying to get a mortgage and now has been refused. Tried emailing and contacting CS, however, they all say there's nothing they can do and they will not remove.

Had reason to call Essex and Suffolk Water about a bad leak outside the house. The phone was answered promptly and the operator was friendly and the call was dealt with swiftly. Had a visit from them in a short while and the guy was lovely and very reassuring. Leak fixed next day and all was fine!

Really happy with the service, we had a technician out to us within a day of calling and he was very helpful.
He went above and beyond and gave some great advice we needed.
