Misleading information. Nowhere was there any sign that this was not an ATO online form, nor was there any information regarding fees to be paid! NOT HAPPY JAN!

Etax were very vast and efficient when getting me a great result with my tax

I've been using them for well over a decade now, and the fee has barely crept up, the website remains simple to use (resisting the urge for a dozen unnecessary UI updates every year just to give the IT department something to do), and most importantly of all they really do remain on the ball. Most memorable encounters have been them proactively applying for an extension on my behalf when I forgot to get the return in by the deadline, and helping me find a missed return from my teen years when the ATO came calling! Easily worth the small fee for the reassurance of having a safety net.

Very easy to understand and quick

The EtaxSupport form was simple and straight forward . I’d rather pay EtaxSupport fee rather than the $600 I was paying to a tax preparer who I don’t believe was an accountant .

I was with them 10years and never had any issues and then for some reason this year 2026 they have gone down the toilet - I started sole trading so needed to make sure all correct this year put in questions for my tax return and they didnt answer and if they did it wasnt to that question and then wanted me to pay for return before answering questions and it was done way to quick for me to trust it had been done correctly - i mess and emailed but no one responded - i did the chat and i swear person didnt understand english as replies made no sense - i called and person didnt understand what i saying and then told me they have multiple tax agents who touch my tax return and then hung up- I didnt let it go any further and have now found a proper local accountant who asked all the questions before even looking at my tax return - I also noticed other reviews this year saying same thing

if you want simple straight forward single person tax retun then do it
