Order not ready when I got there then given only one item (ordered 6) then given cheaper product had to return and change them got there in the end.

I think Eurocell is very good because…
I think Eurocell is very good because the website is easy to use with a wide selection of products and quick and easy to pick up my order with the click and collect service and the staff are great and friendly too!

I called up to check stock and spoke to a very helpful person. I placed an order online and around 5 hours later it was delivered. Exceptional service and product was exactly what I needed and great quality.

It was a good click and collect experience BUT it took ages to collect as the lady was new and she wasn't getting the help she required from the experienced staff.

Called in to this store in Benton…friendly staff and a good laugh
Called in to this store in Benton Newcastle upon Tyne staff couldn't of been more helpful there names are Steph Leah and Ray from the Stockton store that popped in they didn't have what I was after but Rays store did he is bringing it to Gateshead on Tuesday to then be delivered to Benton for me excellent team and up for a good laugh would recommend these to you any day keep up the good work Steph and Leah really friendly Marilyn and Ted
