Eurocell plc - Newcastle Avis 

It was a good click and collect experience BUT it took ages to collect as the lady was new and she wasn't getting the help she required from the experienced staff.

Called in to this store in Benton Newcastle upon Tyne staff couldn't of been more helpful there names are Steph Leah and Ray from the Stockton store that popped in they didn't have what I was after but Rays store did he is bringing it to Gateshead on Tuesday to then be delivered to Benton for me excellent team and up for a good laugh would recommend these to you any day keep up the good work Steph and Leah really friendly Marilyn and Ted

I ordered composite decking trim ( which was showing as available) for next day collection. On the morning of collection I received a call to say it was no longer available and had gone out on another order! I knew that another branch nearby had shown 7 available but was given the same story! Instead given a 10 working day lead time. Looks like they don't have the stock but still advertise as if they do in order to get an order. Just not on!!!

Summerhouse Build
Have had a summerhouse completed in early March by Eurocell. Rob was amazing with arranging a very competitive price, all delivered on time and the two guys installed can not fault them very well put together. But 4 days after completion had an issue with the door (Not closing door bracket broken). This has still not be resolved nearly a month on, which concerns me if I have further issues what the aftersales support will be like going forward

Very friendly and helpful staff. Smooth and quick transaction. When other similar companies were closed for weekend, they were open from 09am-12pm. Definitely a branch you can go to on a Saturday morning for business or DIY projects. 100% recommended.
