EV2 Sportswear Avis 

Nothing but praise for EV2/Ellgren. ordered a few things for my rugby academy last year and the designs were everything i asked for by Steve.
Moving onto our Rugby League ARLFC transitioning from Oxen to Ellgren isn't always easy but the support and the quick designs to orders has been fantastic from supplier to customer. we have recently just ordered our Butlins kit and after match attire and again great customer service.
Gareth MD along with Katy and Steve and rest of the team we couldn't ask for a better team to work with :)

I have been working with EV2 for quite a few years now and they go from strength to strength in the full journey from first contact / design to production.
The team at EV2 make your vision a reality with the design of kit. The design team at EV2 are absolutely world class at what they do. The communication and updates from the team at all times was professional and always to a high standard.
The kit produced this year was truly stunning and of the highest quality for my extreme challenges.

By far the worst kit supplier or business we’ve ever been unfortunate enough to deal with ! Quick to take your money yet extremely slow to deliver with horrendous customer service. Multiple false promises without delivering. Absolutely no care for the customer or kid’s they are supplying kit for.
Nothing but a staged apology for all of the issues & trauma caused by EV2 sports over the space of five months after taking our money!
100% would not recommend to anyone ever !!!

Just a huge thanks to Steve and Katy for sorting our running club training range. We required them as soon as possible for an event and Steve managed to get the designs over to me imminently and Katy sorted our order without hesitation. We are grateful for how quickly our orders are produced and how the designs have been created to our preference and standards. Thank you EV2! We look forward to continuing our relationship as our leisure range is introduced in 2025.

Three months since my order and received no information from EV2 despite emailing them directly - any comms has come through the poor volunteers at the sports club who are fielding people’s complaints.
I’ve ordered three times with this company as they are the only supplier to the club and each time it has been late and the customer service has been shocking.
Avoid if you can.

14 weeks since my order and I have still not received any kit, website states 4 - 6 weeks.
No proactive contact by them to explain delays and I have had to constantly ask for updates. When you get a reply they just say they are busy and it will be another 2 weeks.
Avoid.

Absolutely appalling customer service from ev2. I placed an order on the 27/09/24. 8 weeks later and I still don’t have my order. I have been chasing them weekly via email / phone calls. Always promised a phone call back or that they are going to chase my order but nothing materialises. Extremely frustrating! If I had known how long it was going to take and how terrible the customer service was I wouldn’t have bothered ordering.

Very very poor experience with this company. I've only given 2 stars as I actually finally received the PE kit after 3-4 months.
Very poor communication from them within this time, I had to chase them on a weekly/fortnightly basis. The response was always 'we are expecting it to be here next week'. Maybe not their fault but suppliers they were dealing with, but they could be a lot better on informing customers of delays. They were always however very polite .
Now have the PE kit which is very good quality.

The kits take an absolute age to arrive. Most parents at our club who have submitted orders are still waiting over 3 months later. Not suitable if you are trying to run a football club and expect your team to have matching kit!

EV2 send out small football kits that don't match their size chart. Chest sizes are two inches smaller across (four around) and length is two inches shorter. Had the same experience twice.

I really wanted to give them 4.75 because there has been a very occasional hiccup over the time we have been using them but, having dealt with other sportswear companies in the past, they are a joy to work with.

We have been using EV2 for the kit for our English curling teams for the past 3 years and they have always delivered in the timescale promised - you just need to be realistic with when you order and realise that sometimes they are busier than others.

An early issue with sizes was speedily resolved and a refund was given. Their interpretation of our designs and their sublimation of sponsor crests has been excellent and Steve is always good at sorting this out.

Awful experience!!! waited 8 weeks, constant chasing & ignored when I requested a refund on several occasions. After I put a request for a refund via PayPal they finally posted the order whilst I was out of the country. Returned home to no parcel or delivery note, they said the proof of delivery of a package left outside somewhere was sufficient to show they fulfilled the order. They had no signature & no selected safe place via royal mail. I asked them to put in a claim with royal mail as it’s standard practice for the company to make the claim after speaking to the post office, they refused £130 wasted!!! Never experienced such poor service!

Great service from the guys ordered a new kit and training clothing for our under 13 football team Katy was very efficient and answered all the questions. Steven sorted the designs and the team manufactured them in time for our first game this week

EV2 have been an amazing company to work alongside as a brand new football club.
Katy & Steve in particular who we have dealt with in the ordering and designing stages have been fantastic.
10/10 would recommend and we look forward to a long partnership with them.

So far after4 months since they took payment still no delivery of my order also no return call as I was promised last time I called and no reply to my emails to ask where my order is .I am one of 3 members of staff at a school waiting on a delivery, I have nothing a colleague has half her order and another some items all the wrong size.

Rothwell Town AFC have been using EV2 for the supply of football kit and training wear for several seasons. The ordering process is very efficient, communication with the sales team very good and delivery of goods within the agreed time scales.
The brand offers exceptional value for money and the quality of the clothing is excellent.

We ordered a larger kit (about 8 tops and skorts/shorts) order after a successful smaller order and were promised it would come in time if we made a few changes to the clothes so that they could be made quicker. We did this and they did not come... and they still haven't 3 weeks later. We sent 2 emails to them and they did have not responded. We are very disappointed as we hoped to use this company for subsequent years.

I ordered a product from Fourex which was delayed however the staff were incredibly helpful and professional ensuring that the item was received. Really happy with the quality of the item and would definitely order from them again.
