EverTrust Estate Planning Ltd Avis

My previous review has gone from 1 to 5 stars due to the customer care by Dan Anderson CEO . I initially did not have a positive experience but was contacted personally by Dan who obviously wants to provide an excellent service . My concerns were listened and acted on very quickly which is reassuring.

Very professional, knowledgeable caring and nothing too much trouble. They call when they say they will call. Would recommend to anyone.
Very impressed with the service.

Advice given was a massive help. The easy to follow instructions and regular communication made the whole process strees free.

As a retired nhs employee I had a special offer (thank you) and it was 2 phone calls as my new will is not complicated

Dan and Rhys were excellent from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything very clearly and answered all questions comprehensively. The professionalism combined with a personal touch was outstanding. Follow up was very fast and the process is clearly broken down and explained.

From our very first contact with Reece to discuss preparing a will he explained the process, talked through all the options and made us aware of our choices. He was very professional but helpful friendly and fully engaged us at every step making us feel safe with the decision we made. Reece has prepared and presented us with written wills and our POA,s. My husband and I can highly recommend this company so much time and effort and guidance was provided to ensure we received everything we needed.

Rhys was very engaging with us from our first to last engagement. Explained the Will process fully, listened to what our wishes were and was very helpful, even though we were backwards and forwards a few times due to us wanting to change things from our original request. Would highly recommend using EverTrust

I contacted Ever Trust
I had a will and POA completed by the team.
A year after I had the documents completed by members of the Ever Trust I contacted them to say I needed some changes to both documents. Rhys's got in contact with me also immediately and made all the changes I asked for including some very useful advise.
There are very professional, very helpful and deserve success in all that they do.

My husband and I found the whole process of making a will through EverTrust Estate Planning extremely straightforward and easy to understand.
There was no pressure and everything was explained in great detail.
We were kept in regular contact and updated as our wills progressed.
Documents arrived swiftly.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this company for anyone considering making a will.

Rhys was so good at explaining our will options to us and spent plenty of time explaining the scenarios etc so we fully understood what we were choosing. He listened and offered us options that suited our family situation and lifestyle. While waiting for the land registry to do their bit, they kept checking in with us regularly to check it was all completed and checked our paperwork again at the end to ensure it was all correct. I was very happy with our service and have already recommended EverTrust to a few other friends.

Excellent and efficient service. Very responsive with any questions. Clear and concise communication and friendly

Dan and Rhys have been excellent throughout the process of planning and writing mine and my husbands wills to secure our sons future. I can’t thank them enough as we would not have known how complex will writing can be. We were talked through everything and left to discuss what we needed between ourselves and come back to ever trust when we had a plan of what we wanted rather than feel pressured to make decisions there and then.

Dan, Rhys and Spike couldn't have been more helpful. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout, explaining everything clearly and in layman's terms and providing excellent advice.

Communication was excellent, and they were incredibly quick to provide all the paperwork, making the whole process straightforward and stress-free.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EverTrust Estate Planning and have already recommended them to my colleagues. Excellent service from start to finish!
