Everwyn Michigan Return policy is deceptive
3/17/2026 My N. Griffin. I ordered a cute pink feather bustier from Everwynmichigan.com for a party. The site states the top would arrive with a specific time frame. It did not. I ended up ordering the same top from another site and it arrived in the stated time. When I contacted EM to return the top that arrive 3 days late, I was informed I could only receive 35% of my money back. You see this company ships their merchandise from China and places the return shipping cost on the customer. The site does state that the customer is expected to pay return shipping costs. What the site does NOT say is that EM's USA warehouse is closed! If you live in the Ubited States of America, I urge you NOT to buy merchandise at this website.

Buyers Beware
First, this company is NOT based in Michigan. If you have to do a return - you essentially can't because you have to send it back to China. While the sweater was ok quality, it took weeks to get. I alerted them it would not arrive in time for my event. They also could never tell me when it was going to arrive. They said I could return it once I got it. Only to find out shipping costs would far exceed the cost of the sweater so I have to settle for a 30% refund. This company is not being honest in their branding and you should assume you can not return the item. Buyers beware.

Don’t buy from here…false advertising, bad customer service
If possible I would give this company zero stars. My kid picked out and used her own money on a sweatshirt that shows embroidery in the photos, though not in the description. Upon receiving it, the fit is off for a women’s medium, there is no pocket like stated in the description. When contacting the company, I can send it back with the shipping at my expense and since it is international it will cost as much as or more than the cost of the sweatshirt or they can give me a 15% refund which amounts to approximately $6. Absolutely deplorable and so disappointing for my kid who spent her own money to purchase this.
