Crickets order
The shipment was extremely fast, crickets in perfect size, however I'd say that I expected more of them to be alive upon delivery, quite many were dead (I understand that obviously some will die during transport, but it was a bit excessive). Anyway, I would order again from this company.

One of the boxes was crushed and the bugs I ordered had escaped plus didn’t put in a plant I ordered. Currently trying to sort this out with them

I was not notified that my order had been delivered so the mice defrosted at my front door 👍 any other sight I’ve ordered FROZEN MICE from they always notify me once delivered as it’s a frozen delivery and cannot be left for to long

Animal encounter
very informative and interesting, my daughter loved getting to hold the animals and learn more about them and even though we were late they made sure we still saw everything.

Grate shop poor staff
The shop was really nice and the selection of animals was great, unfortunatly what let it down was the bloke with pink hair who served us, we are very experianced keepers with many years experiance, provided all details of the set up for the animal we were purchasing and then accused of lying and that the animal could not be sold to us, we had to get a friend to go to our home an hour and a half away to take a pic to show, I asked for a copy of their terms and conditions that could not be provided, very disappointing hope improvement can be made

Hi, Sorry to hear that you feel you have had a poor experience. It is store policy to ask for details of the set up the animals are going in to. As you know, if we were to put a gecko in an environment with incorrect temperatures this could be fatal for the gecko. To avoid this we just ask for details. The lady (Taylor) who served you was following our store policy and what is required for our 5 Star pet shop license.
