Silkworms arrived on time and were all in good condition. These were bought to feed to a Gecko so needed to be alive which they were. I would definitely recommend Evolution Reptiles.

This is the second time we have been to this store over the last couple of weeks.
The staff are super helpful and informative. We only bought a piece of bark and the advice and info they had on all the animals were brilliant when asking questions.
The store is very very clean and all the terrariums are decorated like if they were at home .
The main thing I like about this place is there isn’t any horrible smells when you walk in. They seem to have a wide selection of different species in there at different prices. If you don’t know what you want then this is probably a good place to come to.
Prices on animals and plants are very reasonable especially with the quality.

Great advice and customer service
We've been to evolution twice now as my teenage son is going to purchase a morrocan uromastyx. We've recieved great advice on equipment needed and dietary requirements and have now bought everything we need in preparation.

Friendly and knowledgeable
The staff at Evolution Reptiles were very friendly and knowledgeable - both when we've visited the shop (twice) and on the phone since we brought home our leopard gecko.

Tortoise Food Subscription
Third year of using the tortoise food subscription and I love it. Delivered weekly which is really convenient and the variety of plants/weeds means my tortoise gets to try out and enjoy so much more than I can forage myself. Also, knowing that Pete grows everything means I can really trust what I'm getting.

Hi Diane, thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked the prices of our PLT Frozen Chicks – 2 Kg and can see that our prices are similar to our competitors.
Frozen mice still not arrived
Ordered mice for my snake Recieved an email stating order confirmed. Did not receive an email stating order dispatched like the owner stated when I complained. Delivery service did not leave a note or phone me when they saw I was not home. No efforts where made to make sure my frozen mice were delivered. When I complained about it they stated they sent an order dispatched email and gave me a coupon for next time I order. They did not give me my money back. Absolutely terrible service don't use this company!

Hi Carys, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have made sure on all of our frozen food pages that the terms and conditions are very clear. The customer must be home at the time of delivery as they are perishable goods and will need a signature. We understand in this instance it can be very frustrating but we cannot be held accountable when the terms and conditions are agreed to at the checkout. As a good will gestured we gave a discount for a further purchase.
