Superb service Decently priced products and ideal for buying frozen mice in bulk.(3rd time I have used them)
Order before noon Mon to Thurs and the product arrives the next day well packaged in a polystyrene container with dry ice keeping the product frozen.
Will happily use Evolution Reptiles again and would recommend them to anyone

The book came the following day, but was very slightly damaged on one corner as not sufficiently wrapped - but overall I am satisfied, thank you.

Excellent service

The product arrived promptly and in good condition, however the packaging was badly damaged in one corner, but was still frozen inside.

There was some confusion over the order, caused by my browser, I had placed the order twice, they contacted me, to ask if I really wanted it twice, and removed the second order.

I wasn't expecting the worms to be in a big sack! I had to decant them into take-away boxes.

Fantastic little shop, the lady who helped me was very knowledgeable and gave some good advice, unfortunately I was only passing through so it's not my local store. Nevertheless the less I spend some money and left happy.

Salad always fresh! Lots of variety! A must have during the warmer months! Get yours whilst available! Sulcata loves it!

Staff at Evolution Reptiles are absolutely amazing, super friendly, informative and very good to their customers. The shop has a variety of animals and all the correct equipment needed to accommodate the animals. My experience at the shop has been nothing but incredible. Nicole, Taylor and Pete are lovely people with kind hearts that have a passion for what they do. They are all very hard working people that go out of their way to help others resulting in incredible customer service.

Silkworms were all dead bar 2 on arrival and the crickets didn't last much longer

Evolution Reptiles are outstanding. I'm a single dad who knows nothing about reptiles - with a 10 year old daughter who wanted a Gecko. Of course, now we have one!

The team spent serious amounts of time on the phone helping me understand what caring for a Gecko would involve (and vetting me I later realised - they are very strict on letting their animals go only to good homes).

They helped us buy all the right kit - without ever taking advantage of our ignorance - and now we buy our live food from their excellent website every fortnight which always arrives promptly and with the critters in superb health. Never a dead bug, even after the transportation.

We travel a LONG way to go only to Evolution Reptiles and highly recommend them. You will be in safe hands.

Unfortunately, there is no contact in case of problems with animals after purchase, they hide their heads in the sand and pretend that they do not exist. Only money is the most important thing.
