Everyone is so friendly and extra…
Everyone is so friendly and extra brownie points for remembering all our names! We have been coming for the last two and a half years now. Coming in six months before buying a bearded dragon they helped so much not only in the maintenance and how to look after one but also our confidence. Always a pleasure to come here. Good new delivery boxes
I'm pleased with the new delivery box that my recent order came in - it's much sturdier and better than the old ones, and stops the dust from the insects flying out everywhere when you open it!
As a company, Evolution Reptiles are always reliable when it comes to ordering gecko food.

Mice arrived putrified even though I paid extra for frozen delivery
Mice arrived putrified, rotting and stinking. Could smell them through the packaging. Disgusting experience and very disappointing seeing as it wasn’t cheap (£7) to pay extra for FROZEN DELIVERY. Won’t be buying from here again.

Courier problems
I had a few problems down to the courier not delivering the parcels when expected causing frozen packages having to go to waste. Evolution reptiles were amazing, very quick at replying and doing everything they could to get it delivered to me, still in a usable state

Amazing isopods!
Had an issue with the delivery I emailed them at 2am (when I finished work) had a response before 9am with issue resolved the next day, isopods packed really well had soil and leaf litter, thank you all at evolution reptiles will definatly use again.
