Ordered some dairy cow isopods and they came the next day so great service, only thing is they didn’t come with a heat pack and they were a little bit cold but they all were alive and healthy.

The order came later than I expected due to the product being taken off the shelves, but when it arrived it was well packaged, well frozen and undamaged. Very good product and service! :)

Evolution reptiles are fantastic
Evolution reptiles are fantastic. They were friendly, informative and extremely knowledgeable. We are now the proud owners of a very happy African fat-tailed gecko and a 13 year old boy who is delighted with his new pet (and now a walking oracle on geckos!).

We ordered a 4ft vivarium and a 6ft one . Brilliant quality , fast delivery , the 6ft one took a little longer but we were informed about this being out of stock right away so we were fine with this . Over all were really happy with the products and will defiantly use this company again . Thank you

I have used Evolution for years and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I always recommend them whenever anyone needs any reptiles or products.
I’ve been using the live feed service to my door and it’s always very prompt and good quality.

A bit slow to get the order going and…
A bit slow to get the order going and delivered and the payment screen can be confusing, if you don't look carefully you get roped into joining moona payments, i was convinced i was paying normally via visa and even selected no when asked if i wanted to save 5 pound but still somehow it went through moona and came up as moona payment on my card, had to email moona to make sure i hadn't joined them in error, they were very good and quick about it and assured me i hadnt, otherwise all good.

Hi Vince, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you found Moona confusing. I will pass your feed back on to them. With Moona if you become a member (for a charge) you save £5 on every order but you can pay through their system without becoming a member.
Product missing from order
Really high quality products and at a good price, but did not receive one of my products in my order so must say I am disappointed. Apart from that great service all round.
