I ordered garden furniture set which was delivered by DPD the driver dragged the seating box along the footpath as was too heavy to lift which ripped all the rattan also the glass for table was all smashed he dumped on my drive without knocking on door which we have on cctv. Called Evre was told we could accept package and would send replacement glass for table which we accepted as was not their fault re driver. We asked that a brand new seating was sent as this was all ripped. Then we got replacement glass but this was wrong size you think after all this hassle they would get it right. So now cancelled order and waiting on refund. But heard nothing from them So defo would not recommend this company.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry that what should have been an enjoyable purchase became such a frustrating experience, particularly following the way the parcels were handled by the courier.
Once the issue was reported, we reviewed the CCTV and photos, arranged collection of the affected seating box and promptly dispatched a replacement box alongside replacement glass on an expedited service. When you subsequently decided you no longer wished to keep the set, we arranged collection of the remaining items at no cost to you and remained in contact while the parcels made their way back to our warehouse. Once everything had been received and inspected, the full refund was requested on 10 August. We’re very sorry that the courier handling and subsequent complications resulted in such a poor overall experience despite our efforts to put things right.

Absolutely terrible experience with…
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They failed to deliver my package, and despite not providing the service I paid for, they have refused to issue a refund. This is still unresolved. Customer service has been completely unhelpful, with no accountability or resolution offered. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something that never arrives and then be left out of pocket. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience and will never use them again.

Great Customer Support
The GOA collection seats are ideally priced and offer something different for the garden. There was an issue with one of the seats which necessitated a support ticket. The response from Zandra at EVRE was prompt, courteous and professional. After a few images were supplied to EVRE I was notified the erroneous part was to be replaced. For an order of less than £100 I was very impressed with the support I received from Zandra. It's always disappointing to have an issue with a product bought online as it often infers repackaging and sending back to the supplier. In this case the situation was resolved by prompt replies and directly sending me the part I needed. Simple solution but perfect result for me. Would recommend both the product and EVRE. Thanks Zandra!

Furniture was great for the price but I had to go and get more screws as there weren’t enough in the packet! We were missing two so had to stop and go to b and q. Other than that we are very happy! Also the delivery guy was excellent really friendly and carried all the boxes round the side and into my garden. A really speedy delivery too!

Delivery was great
Delivery was great, the drivers couldnt do enough to help but its not an easy one to put together as the wrong sized nuts were included so we had a trip to B&Q and Wicks!

BBQ…
Ordered a bbq from Evre via Amazon which arrived when expected and was straightforward to assemble and great value for money. There was a minor defect with one part of the bbq but Evre (Zandra) was superb in responding and solving the problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Evre.
