I think I was taken for a long ride! Refund requested but, crickets!

I ordered books for an event, an event that I had not shared with Excel Book Writing. I did not feel that it was necessary to inform them because my event date was months away. Shortly after placing my order Excel Writing experienced a printing glitch. Seth Rogers head of client services reached out to me to explain that there could be a slight delay in the printing of my order. At this time I informed Seth of my event and the date. The possibility of missing that date was now looming. Within a few days Seth assured me that he would have my order delivered before my event and he did. Needless to say, what a tremendous relief.

I have been writing a book with excel reshaping a lost manuscript, and I have changed several editors and the project gets pushed back further, and now at the end, evidence of crucial parts of the are gone with the various editors experience rewriting the manuscript. I heavily expressed to have no way, bi, trans in the book, and it still appears in the book. I have divine inspired segments regarding the topic and all of the notes and manuscript is not in the book. The book is more telling about others accomplishment than a self help new science innovation concept. The whole meaning of the book is not illustrated, the humanity alphabet, as to sabotage the self help concept. They only want to sale me products that I a capable of doing on my own, then they fail to respond to scheduling meetings Zach Ryan's, and Christopher his helper.

Very displeased with the results of the book, and they are refusing money back guarantee and contract of satisfaction.

Please, do not make the mistake to use the henchmen of words, because they feel they own people's ideas and manuscript, it will be a lot of back and forth instead of ghost writing, formatting, illustrating, editing, and printing, they hijack ideas for bigger corporations. My ideas are being made by other companies while they fail to editing what l wrote pinpointing topics narrative, and outlined. I was supposed to get my website done with excel to, put $2,000, but l will not continue that project with them, if they are reluctant to do the book, why should I want to do a website with them.

Please, save yourself a problem, self publish away from the big tech watchdogs! Excel book writing group are very indilligent and fail to write your story, they write colonized stories!

Honestly, I was a little nervous, when I received an email, informing me that I have been assigned a new project manager. I had become more familiar with the previous project manager, due to the fact that we have been talking for months. Mr Ashtin Martin did not disappoint me. BBB says out of Business January 2026. Not accredited. Excel Book Writing aka Excel Digital Group aka Divine Book Publishers. They tried to claim my review was fake. Report them to law enforcement. Excel part of is an organized crime group.

ExcelBookWriting.com has been shut down. Based in Pakistan with 57 BBB complaints. Watch YouTube reviews. They take large sums of money with no intention of delivering the promised goods - fraud, breach of contract, grand larcency by deception. Their positive reviews are company sponsored fakes. This platform needs to require DL Id verification for reviews. I have reached out to file FTC, BBB, and OAG complaints. I have filed police and FBI reports. File charges and sue them! They refuse to reply to my emails, furnish the promised goods and services, or refund any of the approximately $38,000 they insisted on being paid via check and money order. I have bank transactions that demonstrate the full history of payments. I have reported them to my financial institution for fraud. I cannot reach Excel after they took my money. Please do not use this complany. My books were intended to assist sexually abused and exploited children with support. Excel is a criminal organization posing as a publisher. I have left reviews on YouTube. A full refund is very unlilely without going to court and paying an attorney. Please, heed my words - document everything, record calls, get names, dates, and verbal agreements on recording. They do not provide a signed, binding contract which is a major red flag. You have been robbed of your money if you paid Excel. Theft by deception or fraud is a crime. They will tell you anything to get paid. When you seek what you are owed, they will attack your claims and reviews as false, lie about your character, and what you have said to paint you as the fraud or criminal. It happened to me. They do not provide products, services, or a deadline for when they would be ready. I repeatedly asked for refund which they refuse to give. After asking for a refund and threatening legal action in court, they refuse to answer my emails even after being paid approximately $38,000 in cash and money orders. I hope and pray that the Attorney General or FBI stop this company from continuing to commit mass fraud and larcency among other charges. You do not take from child victims of sex crime and violence. You do not further victimize special victim children who have been hurt. There is no lower level you can sink to in doing so. There is no business office for Excel at 505 N Lake Shore Dr, 60611, Chicago, United States. I checked and there is no record of it. Law enforcement has verified their address is fake. When you call the tower building at that address to speak to security or any other person, the line rings three times and hangs up on you without ever reaching a person. It looks like a luxury condominium. Anyone who has been a victim of fraud by this "company" needs to contact the attorney general and also file a police report. Do not simply leave online reviews. Additionally, report them to the FTC, BBB, and IC3 Internet Crimes Reporting Office. They solicit people via Google and then steal their money in bad faith, having no intention of ever delivering. I believe many of the YouTube testimonials from "consumers" painting this company in a positive light are likely paid and possibly fake. There is no verification to ensure that the positive reviews here are from real customers. I have bank transactions, copies of checks Excel cashed, and other evidence I paid them. I also kept detailed communication records for verification and evidence in case legal action was needed. I was prepared. I will pursue this to the end and see this is stopped and it's staff prosecuted. Most of all, do not bargain with the staff or remove your reviews. They asked me to pull my reviews down and did not change their business conduct. They will play on your empathy and forgiving nature to prolong the deception of you and other aspiring authors. They want to maximize their deception of people and will try to manipulate you so you will be dissuaded from posting negative details in public view. I feel it is my responsibility to warn other consumers across all platforms so they will not be robbed of their hard earned money by this "fly by night call center internet scam" posing as a real publishing company. I believe their reviews are scripted, paid, cultivated by the company and it's staff to create a falsely positive public face for the company to trick people into trusting them. If reading, call the police, attorney general, FBI, FTC, Interpol, and the BBB to report them NOW! They have stolen at least 5.2 million dollars using a series of linked scam companies and websites. A lot of edits , It took longer than expected for my book to be completed and I had a cycle of 3 different project managers for some odd reasons but the project still got completed 🤝thanks to everyone involved

This company is a 100% scam. Please go somewhere else now. After 8 months of being promised hard copies of my book that was published in May, 2024, I have not received anything. They scammed me out of $1000 to pay for an inventory that does not exist. The website they built for me to sell e-commerce was hacked by someone asking me for 20K random. Excel Publishing actually just asked me to pay a fee for the rebuild of the website that I paid extra for a firewall to prevent this type of hacking. Somone needs to sue them and it may be me if I don't get resolution soon. In the meantime, DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. I HAD TO DO ALL OF MY EDITING BECAUSE THEIR "EDITORS' DID NOTHING BUT USE A GRAMMERLY APP TO CHECK FOR SPELLING. I DID ALL THE WORK.

This is the worst of the worst, run away.They will suck your money and will not do the job, I payed since 2020 for my book, marketing and advertising.This is now 2025 , nothing has happened and they are not willing to return money for services not done.A lady called Selena and Pearl in customer care very rude and disrespectful.

Promises made, promises kept. Can I trust what you say? Getting a book, my book published was a completely new experience for me. I only know of two people who are published authors and neither would recommend their publishing company. That of course was unsettling. So, choosing a publishing company for me became a crap-shoot. I started my internet such and decided to go with Excel Book Writing after having conversations with a few of there representatives. The promises that were made were kept. I've been working with Account Manager Seth Rogers from July to present. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions or put me in-touch with someone who could. He is proactive and provides valid solutions to hurdles when necessary. I found his guidance and expertise to be invaluable.
