My experience with Excel Book Writing was awesome. David Basley and his team were awesome to work with. David was kind, professional and patient with me. Any changes that needed to be made, he took care of it every time. I had no issues with getting whatever I needed.

Her knowledge of the printing business and attention to details is most impressive. She is also dedicated and sincere. I found her easy to converse with and helpful in understanding the functions of book editing and printing.

New managers of my book projects are just great!
My previous managers of this company did not do their work properly, postponing my book project. As a result, my books were not published for a long time. Also, my audio books "Enigmatic Freemasonry" (I paid for making them in October, 2023 - more than 1 year ago) have not been finished yet, unfortunately. My new managers (Pearl Dominic and Selena Martin) try to do their best, successfully helping me in realizing my book projects and publishing my books "Enigmatic Freemasonry" (Volumes 1 and 2), including making and publishing my audio books. Pearl and Selena are professional, nice, and polite. Both of them are the persons of their word and I hope that they will finish all of my book projects ASAP.

I thought I planned things out well, but I had to make a lot of changes and these people were very accommodating when I wanted to alter my vision or improve my content.

Selena Martin has been a mainstay of support for me on two fronts: my mysterious book narrative and educational digital video series in multiple languages. Selena has consistently served me promptly and thoroughly as a liaison with my Senior Project Manager, David Basley, and his assistant, Brandon Ross. My book is beautiful! However, the editing process was laborious and took way too long. Then after I was told that I would have my book in August I had to wait until October 28th to receive it. Also I had to ask to have the photos appropriately cropped and it took two requests to have them placed in the appropriate chapters.

My Publishing experience has been nothing but great! They are helpful and it shows to say the least. The book came out beautiful, just beautiful. A I can't thank them enough for working so closely with me and keep in communication. Thanks, great experience. Obsessed.

Please do not go working with them. It is fraud. They did not do lots of things as they promised, for example, printed books, press release, marketing the book, library of congress and writer’s rights, global marketing, audio books etc. very unprofessional. It took over a year to publish and they are unbelievably not caring.

Everything withe book they double it was 70 pages, it turn out to be 130 pages, it took a year to write, they had to rewrite it the book was dead on arrival. This book was about me

To Start with you can return the Thousands of Dollars I have sent you, for Moblie application development, Digital Marketing page, Start up Package,and yes you promised me that someone was writhing a screen play.. I have letters stating that you will return my money if I do not make a profit. Customer service was so bad, the only time i received a phone call was when you wanted more money. You don't have an office that I can come and talk to anyone. Do not sent them any money. Run don't walk to the nearest book printer. I tried to put in dates from January 2022 to until 2024, but it won't let me go back that far. I have sent Excel Thousands of dollars. and no-one of the higer ups will call me. Why??? you promised to send my money back.

I have worked with ExcelBookWriting company since February 2023. I dealt with 2 managers to get to the end of the publication of my book in 9 months with the need for many constant revisions. It got worse after the publication to the marketing for 7 months especially with my eBook and decided to live with whatever was wrong with my eBook. Suddenly I decided to at least correct some errors on my website and the full cover of my eBook and was surprised to learn that the mangers I dealt with were all gone and the new head of the Managers, Dustin Brown, solved my website problem himself overnight and assigned a new manager, Rosetta Turner, to my problem with the Full Cover of my book. Rosetta solved the problem of the Full Cover overnight. I am so pleased with the a) the work and 2) professionalism of the New Management at Excel bookwriting that I can't help writing a review to let the world know there is now a new management team at Excelbookwriting and I plan to do more business with them and you should not worry about doing business with them. I will recommend them profusely.

So far my partnership with Excel Book Writing Company has been working out great. Communication has been fine, and we are almost done with the final steps to getting my first book published. As of right now, I have no complaints.

I would like to thank Excel Book Writing for helping me bring my Writing projects to light. They were easy to talk to and answered any questions I had about the publishing process. I would recommend them and use the for future projects.

I was extremely nervous about who to choose to put my faith in to get my book done, Mikal has done a great job working with me, he always sent emails and followed up with phone calls, loved how they designed the book cover, and worked with me through the process, yes I have to say it took a bit longer then I expected, not it’s probably because it had so many pages, don’t hesitate if you are thinking of going with them, they work well with you 👍
