I have earlier used Excitel when it only provided broadband services, even then i used to have constant disconnections, long wait times for resolution etc.

Since Excitel started providing fiber services with the promise of 24hr resolution time i thought of giving it a try again. But again i have been having issues since day 1 of the connection.

The main issue is that my router randomly reboots by itself(disconnection) thus interrupting my work.

When i try to contact Excitel customer service via chat they simply check current wifi active time and spout same repeated nonsense: "your connection is active since 1hr sir" and close the issue.

They simply don't want to believe the concrete proof that i show them of my usage history showing how many times the router has rebooted itself.

Other times when i create a ticket they close the ticket by themselves marking it as "No Issues found" or "User Issue". TALK ABOUT GASLIGHTING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I've literally been begging to get the router changed since day 1 of the connection and it's been over a month since then, and they promise 24hr resolution 😐

The number of times I've contacted their customer service, by now I've probably talked to all their employees atleast once!

I'm this close to complaining about them to consumer court, enough is enough!

P.S: For those who say that others have good experience with them, remember that's only the case for small issues (i.e, your luck is good). If you're like me and end up having a bigger issue, the company will become your nightmare.

I was stupid since i bought the 6+3 months promo and am now stuck with it for another 8 months.

Save yourself the trouble and never come near this company again.

I have never experienced such a bad customer service as this company provides. Once you take their connection you are left on your own if you have any issues thereafter. They never send technicians at home for inspection and issue resolution. I ended up disconnecting their service and ideally after this they should send technician to remove cables and devices from home. And even after our multiple requests they didn't send anyone to remove the connection physically and their technician told to us on phone"you remove it yourself". I sincerely think the government should take strict action against this company.

Worst Service Ever – Zero Reliability!

Absolutely the worst internet service I've ever experienced! I’ve complained multiple times, and they just don’t care. The internet barely works, and customer support is completely useless. Why offer a service if you can't maintain it? I’m fed up with constant disconnections and empty promises. Avoid this provider unless you enjoy frustration and wasted money!

Worst after sale Service. They don't know how to resolve the issues, takes 3-4 days every month to get the job done.

Very poor service and loss of signal multiple times.

i will clarify one thing Excitel partners with the local dealer in your area to provide the excitel internet service in your area so better ask the local users there for better understanding on how the service is in your location.

Now coming to my experience in my location in north delhi the service is the best the response time is great if i want something to be either changed, replaced or configured on the router side. In 4 years i got my router replaces coz the first one i had broke (physical damage) which they replaced quick and not charging anything for it. The speeds are stable when i first got the connection i went with 300mbps now i have opted for 400mbps + OTT + IPTV (cable cutter one) and things are great i never had a situation where speeds/ping were an issue either it be steam/epyc/ubisoft, torrents(for linux iso), or anything on internet and there is no FUP which is great for people like me who consume a lot of data above 6TB a month.

The only 2 drawback i would say at the time of writing this review is that first they dont provide static ip so you cant open ports for any games or application second one would be there is no 1gbps plan and i would love to get that.

At the end i am happy with excitel and will continue with them.

The service of Excited is very bad...WiFi is not working since 15 days, no one is giving any knowledge...No one has worse service than this.

I wish i could abuse them here, They only deserve that..They will dupe you with cheaper rates and then your life's trauma will start, Internet only works few days and you have to chase them for days and days but they will never resolve your issue.. even emailing to there CEO vivek raina does not work,I am without a internet for last 8 days..raised numerous complaint but no one cares... BEWARE..

I am beyond disappointed with your service and the complete lack of professionalism in handling my refund. I was promised the refund would be processed within 60 days, yet more than five months have passed with no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, all I’ve received are empty promises and delays.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund and a clear explanation for the delay. If I don’t receive a satisfactory response within [X] days, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and share my experience publicly.

Enough is enough—resolve this immediately.

Excitel is a fraud company they just don't have the proper staff to solve the issues that the coustomers are facing and they just cheat after taking the full payment
And the coustomer care people are the worst

Worst, poor service, before taking connection they will call us minimum 100 times, but after taking connection anyone not answering and not lift the phone,

Very very disappointed, biggest mistake of my life that I chose this scam company

I have taken the internet connection in the month of Ist week of September 2024. The internet stopped working on 26.09.2024 & still in not working condition. we have already posted complaint, but nobody bother in this company.
worst service. My advice to all,pl avoid this fraud company.

They are very careless and adamant in refund cases of deposit. I terminated my connection, handed over instrument long back I.e more than 6 months ,still today my refund case is pending, Inspite of several requests .
Network is good but service is not

I had raised a connection shifting request on 02/09/2024 and the ticket is still pending. The customer care gives fake promises and assurances. They have no professionalism, no work ethics, is rude, ignores the complaints. The worst service provider ever. Some of the people who lied that I can remember are Vivek, Vijay, Bhuvaneshwari. Never take this ISP. It's a scam. They don't even deserve a 1⭐.

Founder of this company is running a scam when i asked for relocation of wifi they asked to pay 500 to guy who will come i asked them i need gst invoice they said that is not possible we can only give you recipt,they are scam people and no other broadband charges for relocation of wifi
