Service very very slow wast of time I am not recommended this service I am experienced present

I never seen this type of worst internet service. Past 15 days i facing internet issue, several complaints, reminders also nobody answering properly. Hence, I decided to disconnect excitel network. I used this network only 15 days properly.(6months plan). I never recomond excitel.

Worse Customer care service, Without solving the problem complaint is resolved

Please never get this wifi , some of the worst service i have experienced, i paid for 200mbps but the speed is 10 mbps

Worst broadband services in the current market. Not recommending any one to go with this service provider.

For the better services, please choose any other company. They will charge and not provide you the even up to the mark services. Internet speed is too slow and worst.

Hi Everyone, I never seen worst broadband like excitel.. I have taken 1 month back and 15 days issues and will resolve issue after 48 hours,
After pay for 6 months subscription will give connection after two days and no one give responsibility.

From jan 10 th onwards internet not working horamavu area but still no one look into it.. Today jan 13th 2024 but still no internet...

Worst excitel broadband.. Please dont go for it...

Most FAKEST ISP ever existed.
On their 400 mbps plan, the average speed is 40-50mbps which gives download speed of 4mbps.
Get AIDS but not this isp.

Hi everyone, please don't go for Excitel, they will ask you to go for 6 months subscription and will take 6 months advance. Later for connection they will take 24 to 48 hours time. Then you will face speed Issue, if you connect customer care for every ticket they take 24 to 48 hours to resolve the issue but they will not solve your problem and ticket will be closed from their side. After few days frequently internet connection will disconnected like if you are watching a Movie on OTT platform 1 minutes movie then disconnect for 1 min, like this you have to complete your whole movie. Please don't waste your money for this Internet service provider. I should have seen reviews before going for Excitel but anyway take right decision before opting Excitel.

forest customer care, they will not respond.They don't care.In a year I got more than 30 times disconnections but they will correct in 24 -48 hrs.

1) Sales guy as Sales folk usually communicate. The connection is feasible and it will be installed within a few hours
2) Cable installation guy said the distance is too far and the connection can't be installed as there could be issues with the bandwidth
3) After my communication with the Sales guy, we agreed the installation would take place and I can pay an additional ₹250 for extra cable
4) After some heated conversation b/w the Sales Guy & the Cable installation guy, they set it up

ONU signal strength ~27dB

Good:-
1) New Fibre Internet connection established
2) Value for money plan @ 4794(6Months400Mbps18OTTPlan)+250

Extra cable cost

Bad -
1) Cabling wasn't tied up, this I had to do manually.
2) I despise heated arguments

Router installation procedure:-
1) This was supposed to happen within 30 minutes. However, 3 hours is what it took, when I followed up with the Sales guy.

Outcome: Router installed.
Proactiveness of information sharing was missing.
Result- Router not configured. Never mind I took care of that since I knew what had to be done.
Upload speed issue. I have tested the speed to be b/w 200 & 230Mbps over the last 18 hours as opposed to 400Mbps.

Verdict:- Excitel is an okay service provider as long as one can accommodate people (if you catch my drift).
Value for money, sure!
With every service provider, it boils down to people & communication.

btdubs, I still have the Airtel Black 1099 plan (200Mbps Unlimited, 350+DTH Channels, AirtelXStream Premium and some OTT's, Unlimited Landline Calls, Disney+Hotstar)
Die another day for Airtel that is.

One word, worst services provider.
Once you subscribed to this cheater, forget to get your money back, if they dont provide services, you're simply left seeing your time get wasted and money too.

Bad customer service need to explain 4 time to every different executive to shift the connection and every agent was transfering the call to other agent and the final agent Priya disconnected the call saying that shebis also transfering the call to other department..
Better to choose other operator like Airtel or jio fiber

Just want to share my experience with Excitel Broadband, I have raised a request # 67213730 for connection shifting on 30th November 2023 and today is 6th December 20203 in these 7 days nobody contacted me from shifting team. And still awaiting response from their local team about the connection shifting. I am attaching the screenshot of ticket number which already crossed the stipulated time offered by the customer care. Such a worst experience.

Worst service of excitel broadband service. Pls don't go with this service i raised ticket and waiting more than 4 days but no one takes responsibility.

Worst service provider and internet is so poor in speed and services, disconnecting issue occurs after 4-5 days every month.

I am writing this review after a long torture from exitel,
I have requested them the complaint for frequent disconnections which was impacting my office day to day work.
It was never attended and they keep closing my ticket by mentioning issue resolved. I reopened the ticket several times but never got the resolution.
Then I shifted to new place and request my connection to shift to new place, again the same kind of response I got they never reached to me for connection shift. I did the complaint on customer service several times but as usual they just update the comments what is best for them never wrote what I am facing and telling them.
Then I raised the request for disconnections and return my money. Even after several follow ups from my side that was also not done in 3 months.
Strange thing happens to me today when I got a call to recharge my connection and when I asked which connection then they told me which have been shifted to your new address. Means they have done the shifting on papers which they never did physical shifting of connection.
Now with this you can understand how worst their processes and staff is...
I never never recommended exitel to anyone.

Excitel is  one of the worst service provider I have ever come across. Initially I got a call from some sales agent offering 400mbps speed with 22+ OTT's and other free channels.

I told the guy I don't have smart TV, will it be effective. The sales agent said, don't worry sir u will get device to connect with ur TV.

Now it's been 3 months I haven't got Any device but the worst thing is their internet is not working. I have raised atleast 15 tickets and each I was assured some technician will visit my premises and fix the issue. But no result till not.

Worst worst worst company ever. I have bloody wasted Rs 8800 on such a company
