delivered to the neighbour
The product was delivered on time, but evri delivered it to the neighbour while we were at home to receive the order. we had to carry the parcel one floor up.

Worst quality food did not match UK safety standards
I have ordered indian grocery from this store
we were regular customer despite they giving bad quality food products sometimes as this gives option to deliver at home
However recently they again started giving bad quality food products the cashew nuts (rotten dryfruits), wheat flour, Besan flour (broken packets ) We now decided to stop ordering food from them
I contacted them on providing bad quality products as well worst delivery (broken packets) despite nothing being done
I am stopping ordering food and my friendcircle did and experienced the same so they are doing the same
Worst quality food did not match UK safety standards

We have been purchasing for last 2 years. Never had any issue with delivery, always fast , on time and neatly packed. The prices are reasonable compare to other online grocery sites. This time also (Order#102986), parcel arrived in time and very well packed. Good product quality and variety to chose from.

Scaming people now. Offers marked as 1 buy get 1 free mix and match. You will receive 1 item only and full price charged. Customer service argue I should add multiple items of same which their website doesn't support. Seems like customer service haven't used their website and arguing with no information.
