Im very disappointed with the service…
Im very disappointed with the service regarding delivery.
I tried calling and im getting mailbox full, emailed got no answer, I ordered on the 22nd of August and still nothing.
Not even an update on delivering its scandalous.

We are genuinely very sorry for the experience you have had, and we completely understand your frustration.
This order was due to come directly from our supplier. At the time your order was placed, they were carrying out a system upgrade, and I personally followed up on all orders placed around this period to ensure they had been processed correctly. I was assured that they had all gone through as expected. Unfortunately, your order was missed, and it was only when we received your email that I became aware it had slipped through the process.
I am extremely sorry that this happened and, more importantly, that you were left without any update. You should never have had to chase us for information or experience difficulty getting through to us.
Since discovering the issue, I have been actively chasing this with the supplier and treating your order as a priority to get it resolved as quickly as possible.
We fully accept responsibility for the lack of communication and the frustration this has caused. We are genuinely sorry, and we will continue to work on this until your order is fully resolved.

Never noticed about any deliveries… mailbox full🙄
Never notified about any deliveries including fridge and no one answering the phone, mail box full and any assistance lines revert back to mailbox full. Shoddy service.
I was personally emailed by a Paulette who said I would receive email notifications the night prior to items being sent. I received one notification for an air fryer, none for the milk frother and none for my FRIDGE. The fridge is sitting at my front gate because the lads delivering it said it would be well over a week before it was redelivered. My old fridge is still in my house, full to the brim because I assumed as on Thursday i did not get notified about my delivery on Friday, it would be Tuesday before my delivery arrived. My new fridge as mentioned is outside at my gate and will have to sit there all night despite rain being forecasted because the delivery guys were fairly adamant I wouldn’t be getting it any time soon if not delivered now and you never informed me of any delivery. Also my slow cooker still hadn’t arrived despite the delivery timeframe having being passed. I live 20 minutes outside of town and have no means to dispose of my old fridge. It was supposed to be collected when the new delivered.

We have been working to resolve an issue affecting customer delivery notifications, which we believed had been rectified but unfortunately appears to have occurred again with your order. We are continuing to work on this until it is fully resolved.
We have also arranged collection of your old fridge, and the pricing issue affecting your slow cooker has now been corrected. We will continue to personally follow your order through until everything has been fully completed.
We are a small Customer Service team working hard to resolve the current issues, but we appreciate that this should never impact the customer experience. We are very sorry and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I bought a Swiss voice phone for my mam who has dementia. It was on sale and even without the sale price it was better priced than on other sites. I got emails to say it was ready for dispatch and when it would be delivered. Very fast and efficient service. I will definitely use again. I would highly recommend. Catherine
