Fast service and the three products…
Fast service and the three products we’ve ordered are well made. Just used the 3L Potjie for the first time and couldn’t be happier with how well it’s cooked a stew! Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with my jaffel iron
I bought a jaffel iron. It was exactly what I expected and wanted. Tested it out and relived some childhood memories in doing so.
Solid product easy to use - very happy and can recommend.

Rude, avoid like the plague
The description of the product I purchased was not clear. Leading me to buy something that wasn’t right. So far. No problem. But when I wrote to them asking about returning it, their response was deeply unpleasant, abrasive and rude…and from their managing director no less! They also informed me that I’d need to pay a 25% restocking fee as their description was, in their view, correct. The item had come, poorly packed, loose in an old cardboard box so I can’t imagine that any restocking g is required. A little decent customer service could have made all the difference but sadly this company has none. Avoid like the plague.

Happy to take a return as mentioned to you, but it will be according to our returns policy which is on our website for all to see.

Damaged item not packaged great
Reliable service.... BUT.....I ordered a tin of pellets and they came in good time.. they weren't packaged very well litrally only in a brown paper bag and the tin was damaged.. on further inspection over half the pellet skirts were damaged making them unusable... feel like i have been short changed..
