Fantastic customer service and support, from the initial contact it was such an easy process. Clear drop off tracking time for the storage pods and the guys who packed the pods were fantastic, high Tetris skills with consideration and care in handling and packing. Highly recommend.

This is our second time using Ezebox Storage so we already knew we were in for an excellent service. The team arrived early, assisted with loading and were very fast and accommodating. I would highly recommend Ezebox.

The team that came to collect my stuff was vey experienced, they pack almost all into the box. The only thing missing is a picture to when box arrives at WH, would be good to know that is safe there ;-)

Ezebox made the entire process seamless! They send you a live link to track when your box arrives so that you can be prepared and ready to go on the day. The guys that arrived (John and Lafaele Taualii) were efficient and carefully placed my items in the box. Every square inch in my box was used and it fitted more stuff than I expected. Everything was packed in a box in 25 minutes. I will definitely be using Ezebox in the future.

It was great, the staff are friendly and they're on time. They also helped with moving the boxes.

The boys were great and managed to take a lot of the stress out of our moving.

eceptive behaviour and billing - a given estimate for shipping and storage was provided, a service was provided (average at best), followed on the day by massive increase in fees which was billed to credit card instantly without any discussion.

Afterwards had no ability to communicate with the team, and no ability to access storage.

Waiting for a resolution with their admin team +- consumer affairs. Would never use again, would never recommend - any other storage provider would be better.

They promote $50 off fees if you give a 5-star review - I'm sure this helps their ratios.

One of their team claimed "there is a reason we're called ezebox, we don't charge extra for anything" - they found everything they could to add on to the invoice.

Quick and easy service. Their live tracking didn't work at all, but that was only a minimal inconvenience.

I cannot believe how much fitted into one Ezebox! Half our garage was full of boxes and 25 mins later they were gone! Magic!

The truck arrived when promised. The men on board were very cooperative and unloaded my furniture carefully, brought it up to my apartment promptly and arranged it as requested. .

They were really great to communicate with, super quick to respond. And very lovely to chat with on the phone, making the process much easier for me! They were prompt on the day of arrival. Gave great service. Everything was packed into the box very nicely and carefully! Very happy with the outcome. Would recommend.

The guys driving the truck with the container arrived on time and loaded very professionally my furniture and boxes.

The guys arrived right on time, they were friendly and helpful. Everything loaded up and securely within my timeframe. Customer service on both phones and the day has been exceptional. Best competitive rates.

The guys & the communications worked great for me. The guys were on time, helpful, listened when I said I wanted a particular box near the opening so I can get to it easily.
They moved items well & we laughed over the tetris game of storing all my stuff.

Staff arrived on time, were friendly and quickly packed the storage box and managed to get 99% of my items into one box so that I saved money and did not need a second box. I even managed to change the date of my pickup as it was pouring with rain on the original booking date.

Easy to deal n with and the guys on the day packing were amazing!! So helpful, and patient & who knew you could fit so much into a box!
