Outstanding experience with the team at Ezebox Storage Solutions! Nick's prompt responses on the phone were incredibly helpful. The removalist team, John and Lafaele were not only friendly but also efficient. Their combined efforts made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Impeccable organization, careful handling of items, and secure storage facilities. A seamless transition with a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend for a stress-free moving and storage experience.

I liked how friendly and efficient the movers were. However, the quote I got was unclear and lead me to believe that I would receive a reduced rate for using only ONE of the TWO boxes I ordered. When I enquired about this after filling only one box I was told that the quote was for only one box and the second was extra. The main reason I chose this storage option with this company was because of the pricing INCLUDING their insurance policy. The DAY AFTER I moved all my possessions into this storage space I received an email stating that the company would no longer be offering any insurance. This is all in unacceptable business practice and a whole lot of red flags. I am very unhappy about this because I will now be needing to remove my possessions from this company and seek an alternate option. Wasting my time and money.

Great service. The guys came in early and packed everything up quiet quickly. Very polite and efficient. Reasonably priced. 1 box can fit approximately a 1 bedroom apartment. 10/10 service. Highly recommended

My honest review. Ezebox made it so easy. At first I thought I only needed one box, but Nick had no dramas sending out a second box just incase. Which I needed, my crap kept mounting up. Exebox send out the guys to load for you saving on having to hire a suitable vehicle or finding a friend to help. Sometimes you walk away from a task with thoughts of "That was easy". Which in this case it definitely was. The pricing is pretty good, comparable in the market. But the point of difference is on what you save with the Ezebox staff coming out to load up. Guys were nice blokes too. I highly recommend and if you just call up Nick, you will see he is customer first. I don't know much about Ezebox but I hope they go far as they deserve to. Good luck to them.

Communications via email/phone is a pain and super hassle.
Ezebox Movers were a bit late as was on a tight schedule due to my work.Movers have seemed to have a smoke break during the hour or so moving gear.
Was advised they would be able to pack my gear like tertis but advised a second box(just in case) I was happy but seeing how they packed there were still gaps and the second box seemed like a real mess after collecting.
The movers I paid to pick up my gear have managed to nicely place all my gear into the van they brought and even advised one box was needed for my gear.
The staff member at ezebox was highly impressed of their work was even offering the movers a job due to what an amazing job they did.
Payments being taken out of my accounts without a reminder or a invoice to state other wise. Have been over charged and double charged.Got refunded but the issues of having money taken out of my.accounts.
Truly upset to see my second storage box looking like everything has been thrown and nothing was neat or tidy about.Had to get super careful as did want to break anything due to the mess created from the way this box was packed even with the extra room this shouldn't of happened.

Just a real disappointment are you hope that your gear is looked after and at the end of the day a second box was truly never required.
