They take money even if THEY cancel the lesson
Be careful, if the instructor asks to cancel your lesson, ezlicence will take your money and will never refund so now I have to deal with bank chargeback.

No service provided - Refund refused
On signup, EzLicence prompts you to book a lesson before you've even paid — but nowhere does it warn you that doing so voids your right to a refund under their own Refund Policy.
In my case, I signed up and was able to book a lesson with my chosen instructor, Winston, who the website showed as having availability. I paid for a 20-hour package. Shortly after, Winston called to tell me he actually had no availability until several weeks later — the site's availability was wrong.
EzLicence cancelled the booking and reversed the charge, then refused to refund my money to my original payment method, citing their policy that a refund isn't available once "a booking has been made." This is despite the fact that the booking was never actually possible in the first place — their own system had let me book a slot that didn't exist.
Instead of a refund, I was offered store credit and an alternative instructor, neither of which I wanted. Be aware: if you book a lesson during signup (which the site actively encourages), you may find yourself locked out of a refund even if that lesson never happens.

Amazing experience. Was able to pass my driving test first try with Mariyam!! She has amazing teaching skills and was able to build up my confidence with limited lessons and i felt confident in my approach to my exam! could not have asked for anyone better !!

Because of EzLicence, I lost my practical driving test that I had been waiting months for.
I booked a full schedule of lessons with an instructor, only to discover that the instructor had changed all my booked lessons to dates after my practical test date without my permission! On top of that, when I logged into their website, none of my original bookings were visible anywhere.
I tried contacting their customer support via email, but received zero response. To make matters worse, there is no contact phone number to call for urgent help.
I lost a huge amount of time, money, and effort because of this company. Do not be misled by fake positive reviews—be very careful! I will be attaching screenshots and proof of everything that happened.

Passed my driving test at second attempt and thanks Chris - he is a capable and experienced instructor who knows exactly what examiners are looking for. He gave me the practical skills and confidence I needed to fix the mistakes from my first try and pass successfully.

My experience has been much better than my previous one. I feel comfortable, he is competent and has a visual aid to show me the do's and don’ts of driving. He even sent me a study guide, so the subsequent lessons will be easy for me.

My first ever driving lesson
I was very nervous before I started my lesson but Md Aminul who was not only patient with me he also helped me stay calm and by the end of the lesson my nerves had gone and my confidence is slowly growing
