Wrong colour fabric sent. No response to email for exchange/refund.

Updated- after posting have now received response and refund

I ordered 5m of double gauze with a golf fleck and it is lovely, beautifully soft and washed well. I expected a fair amount of shrinkage and cut a swatch off to check, practically nothing. The organza and interfacing hasn’t been used yet but looks fine. I will be ordering more.

Ordered some purple satin and fabric giant cancelled my order and it took 2 whole days for them to let me know. Refund is supposed to be coming back to my account in the next 3-5 working days.

Sadly, despite numerous attempts to contact this business by telephone, email and messenger I have had no success. The material described as “premium” and “soft” are neither and I would like to return this and buy some different material from them. Unfortunately it’s becoming quite obvious I won’t be able to do this and I will ensure I don’t ever order from this company again and will pass this information on to other friends.

I was told products are not in stock therefore i cancelled my order and expected refund.NO refund..No products.The phone number from their website is a fake number....no one will never answer at that number.

Well I had already ordered when I looked at the reviews on here. But I have just received my parcel and I am amazed at the quality for the prices I paid, they even contacted me when something was out of stock and did I want to replace it with anything. So sounds like to me they have new staff who actually can do the job, I will be ordering again and recommend you to do so too.

So I gave 4 stars BUT... Ok like many others I ordered my fabric because it was a good deal only to read reviews and start dreading ever ordering with them. I ordered on 6th August, I received my parcel on 18th August. I got my complete order, in the correct fabric and colour, I am happy with the purchase except it taking longer than expected to get to me hence 4 stars. However, I personally wouldn't risk ordering from them again. I work close to their Leeds address so had a walk round and can confirm it's just a mailing company no fabric shop in sight. Looking on their website there is an additional address in Bradford but don't know any info on that. I read through their T&Cs which says it takes up to 3 days to cut the order and then 2-5 working days delivery so realistically it's like 8 working days, which does fit the time frame of my parcel but the timeframe wasn't clear when first ordering only when I started panicking about my order after reading reviews and scouring the website. But having read other reviews and the lack of transparency about their address being a postal address only and not knowing where they are physically based makes me unlikely to order again. I understand they are an up and coming business according to their website but the copyright date suggests it's been 3 years, understandably COVID and lockdowns have had an impact but I would have thought there would have been a consistent show of improvement in reviews by now if everything was teething problems that were getting sorted

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Fabric ordered in July one piece missing. Contact them to be told sorry we will send it out today. 4 wks later still no fabric. I've left voicemails, sent emails and Facebook messages too. Told they've sent me an email and a text (?), guess what none received how strange? Still no fabric, no responses and no one ever answers the phone. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN...BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS THEYRE ALL TRUE!

I did a Google map search before buying after reading reviews on here. The postcode on their website takes you to a different place a little back street.
I used the property number and street from their website, it's a mailing box company so no store in sight. Take what you will from this but for me, if a company isn't transparent, I don't buy from them however glossy their website is.

Absolutely shocking company...customer service is not existent. I've tried to get a tracking number and courier info all week, sent 5 messages, rang 3 times, left voice mails, no response. Still don't have my order and no means of tracking it.
I'll never use this 2 bit company again.

I had a problem with a fabric I ordered but this was resolved very quickly by them. I contacted them via email which is the best and quickest method. I am very pleased with their help and how my problem was resolved. I would certainly use them again. They were so helpful. Have made my garment already and really pleased with the results.

I ordered my fabric on the 27/7/2023 with good faith. After reading the reviews I was starting to panic that I had made a mistake ordering it. I messaged to ask when my fabric would be likely to arrive just 3 days after ordering, rather impatiently due to bad reviews, and was told it would be 3 to 5 days. I am happy to say it arrived today and I am over the moon with it. This is not a fake review and I will definitely be ordering from you again!!! This company is the worst I've ever dealt with. I placed an order of 5 items in June, received just one of them . Despite repeatdly ringing (they dont answer the phone) and messaging I am still waiting for the rest of my order or a refund. They did say a couple of weeks ago by message that their computer system was down so couldn't deal with my refund. Absolutely terrible service. So now I'm out of pocket to the tune of £20 which is alot these days. Do not use this company.

I placed an order on July 7 for 3m of fabrics and then I had no news. I raised to find out where my packet was. on the 20th I am told that the package has just left. It's a shame. I needed my fabric fast and now it's too late and I still haven't received anything! Please never order from them.

I guess I should have read more reviews..I have called and also messaged via their website and even though I have a tracking number ..I still have no idea where or when my fabric I ordered on 5th July will appear..some response would be appreciated..

I got my order in 5 days. All generous cuts of fabric. Good quality. I did panic as not read reviews until my order showed as shipped but with no notification it had been. I asked for a tracking number. I got a call to say 1 fabric was out of stock, they sent an alternative which was lovely. I then got a parcel force tracking number and it arrived today. The fabric is lovely quality. I am hesitant to order again but I have no complaints with this order.

Dreadful. Have waited 3 weeks and given up. Ordered some fabric that ‘was posted’ no tracking number. Waited over a week, asking for tracking number / updates. They then said they would send out another batch. So I waited again, no tracking number ditto ditto. Today I emailed and they said the person dealing with it is away for another 5 days, would I like another batch sent out . The fact that they are willing to send out 3x the original order makes me think they have in fact never sent anything, and are just fobbing me off . Have initiated PayPal refund.
With this many unhappy customers they should be shut down.

Ordered my fabric, had a call to ask if I wanted something different. I asked for a refund. Eventually got a partial refund but after 2 months still waiting for the postage to be refunded. Guess they're not bothered as they have received my money, never sent the goods but pocketed the postage I paid for which was never used. I will never use this company again...but will keep pestering them to refund the postage paid.

I made a mistake in my order, called them and they rectified it immediately. The cotton arrived within a week. The fabric was astoundingly cheap, quirky and excellent value for money. I am a novice at sewing, so not wasting too much money on my failed garments is essential. I will be placing another order this week.

Paid extra or next day delivery at 12.41pm on Wednesday, got an email quite quickly to say my order had been sent - only to get a phone call and text when I was driving 29 hours later (during rush hour) to say the fabric was out of stock!!! Now I can't start my project on Saturday and was relying on the work. DO NOT USE!
