I recently swap to Factor MD for the pricing, I have had the best experience with customer service. I have been on a weight loss journey since March of this year and have had to jump from company to company just about every month since I started, I am always looking for the best prices since the meds are so expensive. I have not encounter a more affordable and more reliable company. Their meds are amazing, I got mine from ReviveRx and has worked great. I think I finally found my home company.
I think I will be sticking with this one, Oh and anytime I have reached out with questions, I get a response super quick….I absolutely recommend them!

On a dosing confusion, issue company went out of their way to make sure that I could stay on my medication before my next refill.

In my opinion, most other health companies would’ve just made me waited out and would not have taken the extra effort.

There are many companies offering this type of service, so I was initially cautious about finding a legitimate and trustworthy provider without the hidden or ongoing subscription fees. If you're considering peptides for weight loss, this company has been a reliable source for me and has consistently delivered a positive experience. So far, they have been dependable in every aspect. As always, do your research and trust your instincts when making your decision. After 5 weeks I've lost approximately 14lbs. Product is legitimate. I started out on a low dose but overall it worked out good, so far no unbearable side effects. I think there is a common misunderstanding, even though you start out on a lower dose than the name brand it does not mean you aren't getting a full vial of product as the later doses will be slightly more than the name brand.

Pricing is reasonable. My biggest concern is the quality of the compounded Tirzepatide. I’ve been on for sometime now with no weight loss at all. I eat very clean and have a workout routine that I do 4-6 days a week- which leads me to believe the medication is fraudulent.

I wanted to share my honest experience so far with this GLP provider because I know so many people are doing research before starting their journey.

My first two doses were extremely minimal and, personally, I didn’t notice much of an effect. While friends and family using other providers were started at 2.5 mg, I began at only 0.8 mg. My dosage then increased to 1.5 mg for the following two weeks, which helped slightly, but my food noise is still very much present.

One thing I will say is that throughout the entire month on Tirzepatide, I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, which I know can be a huge concern for many people. However, considering the cost, I do feel the first month should have been discounted since I wasn’t receiving what many would consider a standard starting dosage.

One of the main reasons people turn to GLPs is for help quieting the constant thoughts around food and cravings, so it was a little disappointing when I expressed that I was still struggling with food noise and was advised to speak with a nutritionist instead. I’m remaining hopeful that once my dosage increases next week, I’ll finally experience more of the appetite suppression and mental quietness that so many others describe.

On a positive note, the company’s customer service has been responsive, typically replying within 24 hours on weekdays, which I appreciated.

That said, I really think the onboarding experience could be improved for first-time users. When my package arrived, I was both excited and overwhelmed. I had never injected myself before, and there wasn’t enough guidance on properly measuring or administering the medication. My dose was 0.08 mL (8 units), which sits very close to the tip of the syringe and can be confusing if you’re completely new to this. I actually broke two needles because I wasn’t informed that you need to draw the medication at an angle.

I truly think this company could elevate the experience by including simple QR-code video tutorials that walk beginners through measuring doses, drawing medication correctly, and injecting safely. It would make the process feel so much less intimidating for people starting GLPs for the first time.

Overall, I’m still optimistic and excited to continue the journey as my dosage increases, but I wanted to share a real and transparent experience for anyone considering this path.

Horrible. Cancelled bc made me too sick. They billed me again anyway. Cancelled 3 months ago and now got a bill.
Update. Communication with factor is great.
Ive been asked to edit or cancel my negative review. Upon review. I will say, I did not pause, I was very upset in October/November and I asked for a cancellation, I actually asked that the 2nd half be cancelled and refunded the difference. But, I was not allowed because I had purchased a flat rate/ a 6 month supply. Also, I understand the doses and side effects. I explained I had been On ozempic previously at the 1 mg dose. I was placed in a much lower dose, and when I had horrible side effects, I found that I was taking too much. I cut my dose in half month 2, and still had bad side effects, lowered to half that, But still experienced negative effects. This is why I requested they not send the 2nd round. Now it sits in my fridge untouched, a waste of $477. So, edited review, as requested. But, not changing my negativity of the review. This is MY experience. Each person will have their own. Some will love it. I did not.

Great service and easy to work with!

It was easy to order. First week the 4th day I had nausea all day. The second week just a little same with the 3rd week. What’s weird I have been sucking on cinnamon candy and it helps. I also use ginger chew. When do you think I should reorder my next vial of medicine? Like 2 weeks out?

I’ve tried two other GLP companies before and both times I lost weight right from the first dose, so I had high hopes for Factor Health. I liked that they offered a budget-friendly 3-month plan — that was a big plus for me.

But unfortunately, their GLP made me extremely sick. I felt nauseous, exhausted, and just not like myself. Everyday things became a struggle — even picking up my kids from school made me want to fall asleep or throw up in the car line. I stopped after my fifth dose because I hadn’t lost any weight or noticed any appetite changes at all.

I will say their customer service has been really fast and helpful, and the website is super easy to use. I’m honestly sad to leave this kind of review because I wanted it to work so badly, but I just want to be honest and share that the medication didn’t work for me and made me feel really unwell.

My first month with Factor Health, has been great!!! I haven’t had one side effect and I have lost just over 10lbs. The shots are easy to do, the food cravings are definitely gone. I literally want no sugar. Along with the shots, I have worked on healthier eating as well. I knew I needed to make some changes. I can’t wait to see how the next few months go and more.

Great customer service. Kenny has made the process really simple. Products came fast. A little disappointed that I have only lost 3 lbs in a month. But I will continue to use for a few more months.

They made the process very easy and explained all options and costs. They check on me regularly via text also. They are very easy to communicate with; I could ask any questions via text and get answers quickly. Handled all quickly and shipped medicine to me right away. Couldn’t ask for anything more.

The customer service is amazing. If I have any questions, they get back to me right away. So far I have only used Factor for a month, but I am pleased with my progress so far. The price is fair and the product is effective!
