I had such a great experience with Factor Health MD! They made the whole process super easy and walked me through everything step by step. Their customer service was amazing—I never felt rushed, and they took the time to answer all my questions.
One thing that really stood out was how they double-checked my previous dosing before sending anything to the pharmacy. That extra attention to detail made me feel confident I was getting exactly what I needed.

What I appreciated most was how personable and reassuring they were. Something that could’ve felt overwhelming actually felt manageable and even empowering because of how they handled everything. I feel so confident in this journey now. I’m so glad I found a company that truly cares about their clients. Highly recommend!
