I have always been wary of companies that say they will help you check if your car finance was mis-sold. However I received an email from Fair as part of a marketing campaign. I read some online comments and they seemed ok so I gave them a chance and sent my details, which was easy to do. Within 5 days I received an email verifying that they had found at least 3 agreements which they would pursue on my behalf. I was amazed at the speed and efficiency of this initial phase and comms were clear and positive.
I’m truly impressed and confident that they will be able to pursue any wrongdoing on my behalf.
I will post a further update once i know more about the initial 3 agreements.

scum bag company that buys data to harass you and then refuses to give info on where they bought the data from so you can remove it from the source will be reporting to information commission and the financial conduct authority and i encourage others to do the same

Absolute scam of an organisation accessing full legal personal data off some source and sending letters via post despite never even have a driving licence, let alone own a car to claim mis-sold finance. I am now so worried about my privacy. This organisation should be investigated by regulators for seriously breaching GDPR regulations

Stop spamming you scumbags. It's not "important information" is it.

You need to sort out where you're getting your data from. Use shady companies for it and this is what happens.

Company is buying personal details and sending spam through the post, suggesting the person is eligible for a car finance claim. The FCA clearly states this is an automatic repayment scheme and no claims company is needed. Fair.inc acts unethically.

Filled in car finance claim on line on Monday 11/5 received text letting me know I had 6 claims.Today 13/5 received text email with the company names that they are going to be dealing with with for me. They are going to to keep me updated.

These guys are amazing up to now. Their communication is briliant by email and text message. They have found 10 claims for me and in a matter of a couple of weeks have contacted the companies with the agreements for a response and now somwe claims are in progress.
I havent had to do anything other than provide my name, address and date of birth.
The initial form I completed was easy and once submitted, Fair came back and acknowledged and set about finding my agreements. Its hassel free and they keep you updated. Its on a no win no fee basis and if your claims are acceoted and you get your money, you pay Fair a perecentage fee but only once all your claims have been settled.
