I cancelled them because we fixed it ourselves prior to their supposed time of arrival. However they sent me a bill without fixing anything. They sent us a bill at 8.16am and their time slot was between 9.00 and 11.00am. Can you explain why your agent came before arranged slot? Why he tried to tell that he fixed even it was already fixed?

Engineer brought wrong ordered parts and needed to go back office to collect it. Wasted over 1 1/2 working hrs. on unnecessary travelling time.

I hate having people in the house to do work because they're either jobsworths, rude and disrespectful of my home or they speak to me like I'm an idiot because I'm female. Tyrone did none of those and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was a bigger job than anticipated and he didn't get impatient and start cutting corners. He also spotted a problem with the gas meter and called National Grid for me and within half an hour I had a new gas meter! If you're reading this, you've probably had bad experiences with other companies. Don't look any further, you can trust Fairfix.

Mustafa was extremely professional and friendly. Fixed my boiler issue as well as my issue with some of my radiators. I was worried about the fixed cost at first, especially if it was going to be a quick fix, but the service was excellent and I had peace of mind that I wasn't going to be charged a ridiculous amount by someone charging by the half hour, like most other companies do. I'm extremely glad I used their services! Thank you, I will definitely recommend and will use your services again!

Excellent service. Found them online when boiler started leaking water through ceiling and into hallway below, through electrical fittings, so dangerous. Arrived promptly an hour later, friendly and expert engineer fixed everything in 3 hours including having to go out to buy a part, and all at a fixed price of £199 plus £25 for the part. Will 100% use again.

Came on the same day, great service and knew what the default was immediately.

Didn’t come in the allotted two hour slot but rang up 30 or so minutes after that and was available to attend and he fixed the boiler that evening with a new pump.

He done all the checks and done efficient job on the boiler, he really done a good job and the price is good but any parts for a boiler he will give you the price of what parts you need and was willing to show the cost of a new part for the boiler and didn’t take any money or card until the job was done and now the boiler is fix and now I’m nice and warm thanks

The issue was ‘fixed’ on Saturday ( just a thermostat reset - 5 mins work for £200) and by Sunday I had no hot water again. I had to call a different company on Monday to fix the problem (replace the elements).

Mustafa was excellent. Had a problem with boiler and he was very patient and tried a few things until he solved it.

Excellent and speedy service, transparent costing. Very impressed! My boiler was fixed within a few hours of booking my appointment, even when a a new part needing to be collected and with another’s customers job in between getting it fitted!

Tyrone was very friendly and polite, diagnosed the problem very quickly, ordered the part required came back the next day to fit the part, and now have a working boiler.

Excellent job don’t by Tyrone Ekrem, not many plumbers have sufficient knowledge about the outdated back boiler. But Tyrone recognised the problem and fixed it by replacing some parts

The previous guy came and spend an hour doing nothing. I let him go but not before it cost £150. Ripped off. Avoid PlumbingService4u.co.uk or Plumb Force Direct. There is alot of scam Plummers out there but fair fix isn't one them.

Fan just need lubricating.
Explained to me the issue and how to look after my boiler. Also give me useful advice about new boilers.
Also the work is insuranced.
If the fan breaks down within 6 months, they will replace with no extra cost except for the parts.
