Sub-par quality and customer service

Bought black 925 silver sterling earrings. The black wore off after 4 months. Wrote a complaint that for the $97 I paid for the pair I expected higher quality.
Return policy is 90 days. As a sign of "Good will" they are willing to give me 20% off.
Why would I order again from a company that delivers sub-par products and has horrible customer service???

Do not order!

Do not order!! Not sized as advertised and low quality products anyway. After sending the wrong size they’ll charge you to send the right one, and if you want to return or refund it’ll cost you as much as the item itself or more- shipping back to China AND paying for customs. They very carefully avoid mentioning any of this on their website. Very sneaky & dishonest- avoid!

Responsive customer service

Final update: the cufflinks arrived and seem to be good quality. No thi g is loose or broken. So while my initial experience of having gift packing added to my cart without my selecting it wasn't good, FaithHeart did indeed remedy the situation and did it promptly. I have updated my ends overview to four stars because fast service and a good remedy are important to me. I will update further to five stars depending on when the item arrives.

Verbetering van mijn vorige review

Na mijn vorige review van over deze verkoper heb ik nog via mail contact gekregen met de verkoper en ging de verkoper mij op een zo een best mogelijke manier helpen en dat heeft de verkoper ook gedaan, in de mail heeft de verkoper gezegd dat mijn bestelling opnieuw wordt opgestuurd in de juiste maat zonder extra kosten. Vandaag is het pakket aangekomen en er zat de juiste maat erin en alles past nu zoals het hoort. Ik heb ook aan de verkoper beloofd als alles geleverd wordt en alles past zal ik dit ook in een nieuwe review zetten. Dus bij deze toch een dank u wel aan de verkoper voor de moeite.

I've tried to contact them through email, but haven't heard anything I ordered 8 items 5 shipped supposedly so far it's showing 8 in transit when I ordered the items it put a security fraud on my bank card I'm trying to fix. I finally got everything straightened out!

Great turn around time in delivery

Great turn around time in delivery. My daughter’s 18th birthday gift was well received. She enjoys investigating my family research so far back to the 15th century Norway. As many young teens/ adults are compelled these black pieces are a perfect effect for her garb. Her older sister is an MUA and fashion is her bag. Her interest was not unnoticed.

Should be Fraud Ass not Faith Heart::

Let's just say I wouldn't own their third rate products if they gave them to me and paid me to wear them. The bracelet was tight and turned my wrist GREEN and I have pics to prove it, and the tiger ring turned my finger GREEN and it itched and I had a rash for 3 days. This stuff is JUNK!!!

Had a damaged item arrive and requested to send back for a full refund and a replacement to cover my return fees,

Not a lot of companies actually work this good or take responsibility so I thank you on a very on speedy communication,
