Great Website and Quality Delivery
Website is easy to use and navigate.
Ordered 2 pairs of earrings on Dec 19th, they were delivered Dec 27th. The email said 10-15 days for delivery, so they were quicker than promised.
The earrings look exactly as advertised on the website. I am really happy with how nice and neat they were packaged.
Would buy from again.

SCAM Never received my items
Ordered two items for my fiancé for Christmas. I placed my order on November 8th and followed my shipment on the 4px shipping website. There has been zero movement on my order since November 23rd, at which point I was told to "be patient" as my items were set for delivery in 3-5 days. According to USPS, a tracking number was created November 15, but they never received the items. I sent proof screenshots to FaithHeart and they offered to re-ship my items, but provided me with an invalid tracking number. I contacted them again, and they stated that I have a "nondeliverable" address. I order from many websites and get mail to my home with no issues. I live in an urban community. I suspect that what actually happened is that I have been scammed. So now I have demanded my money back. We'll see what happens, but I would suggest that NO ONE order from this scam site.

SCAM!!! Never got package and terrible customer service SCAM!!!!
If I could leave no stars I would. SCAM ALERT!!!! I ordered some jewelry and my account was charged. Waited patiently as I seen the items were being sent from China. Kept looking for tracking of package and the it was supposedly delivered to my address on 12/11 and it was not. I had mail that day but no package. I contacted customer service and was told it was my responsibility to call my postal service and see why I did not get my package..Now my tracking number is giving a whole other message like it's redoing the entire shipping process. I HIGHLY suggest using caution when considering ordering from this company as I greatly suspect it is a SCAM!!!!!!!!

Returns suck!
Ordered the wrong product. Upon receiving items and sporadic communications with the customer service department, I got an address for returning the item, in China! Not a return label, an address! International shipping on my dime, isn't worth it.
