Great turn around time in delivery
Great turn around time in delivery. My daughter’s 18th birthday gift was well received. She enjoys investigating my family research so far back to the 15th century Norway. As many young teens/ adults are compelled these black pieces are a perfect effect for her garb. Her older sister is an MUA and fashion is her bag. Her interest was not unnoticed.

Should be Fraud Ass not Faith Heart::
Let's just say I wouldn't own their third rate products if they gave them to me and paid me to wear them. The bracelet was tight and turned my wrist GREEN and I have pics to prove it, and the tiger ring turned my finger GREEN and it itched and I had a rash for 3 days. This stuff is JUNK!!!

I ordered a ring. The one I received was the same design, but did not look as it did in the advertisement photo. Making the writing on the ring hard to read. The cost of the ring was good, and shipping was fairly quick.

Earrings look nothing like the picture displayed and are tiny. Gift box was expensive and was not suitable to display such tiny earrings. Buy elsewhere. Another cash grab rubbish item.

So I ordered a bracelet that my son did not like it took about 2 months for me to convince these people that I did not want the bracelet, or that I would take 10% or 50% like they offered for a refund . They finally sent me an email stating they would refund me in full back on my card. Which was done. I learned my lesson , read reviews FIRST! Never again.

I purchased $150 worth of jewelry only for them to drop it off, not in the mailbox, but outside the mailbox, then send me a picture of where they drop the package; NO PACKAGE! I think it was stolen or never actually delivered & now I'm out $150. Never again.

Ordered 3 pairs of men's hoop style earrings.
Paid extra for expedited shipping. When arrived husband Loved them!. Then 1 hour after wearing the clasp opened and lost one .
Next pair clasp broke off apon inserting. very poor quality. Mind you my husband has been wearing this style for over 10 years. So much for a 10 year anniversary gift. Will never buy from them again.

Shipping taking too long...and more...
Ordered product April 21 and still have not received on May 13. This was supposed to be a gift and this has taken too long. Also, got some of their earrings from Amazon and they showed signs of oxidation after wearing only once.
Update- Was 1 star but customer service was polite and item is out for delivery as of 5/14. If you plan to order from this company, consider trying Amazon rather than directly from their website.
