Refused to refund for wrong size
Refused to refund for wrong size. It's slow, had to pay delivery that took almost a month. Do not use the measurements to price ratio is very expensive compared to advertising and apart from a 44x44inch decent metal frame that was obviously not gonna fit a door even though the order was for a door usually 100x200cm. Use Amazon instead at least they refund

Our products are made-to-measure, which means we create it according to the order. You ordered mosquito net in size 500mmx500mm and that's what we had provided. On the same page where you order a product, measuring instruction can be found under "How to measure" button. You didn't reach us about changing the dimensions in your order, only after the product arrived. Unfortunately as it is a custom made product, it can't be refunded, but we had offered you a discount for the next order. All production times can also be found on our site and delivery is done through UPS, which takes about 3-4 working days.
Money is wasted!

I ordered mosquito nets for European style windows.
Got a constructor, do it yourself. Assembled...(The fastenings do not fit, they tear the sealing rubber.)
In general, money is wasted..!
And waiting delivery about 1 month from Poland!

The downside of internet shopping
This is the downside of internet shopping. The products from Family Rollo were not what I wanted so I returned them to the company in Poland (cost £12) for a refund. That was 6 weeks ago. Still no refund. So now I have to waste time sending emails opening A dispute resolution with PayPal.
I cannot recommend this company

Roman Blinds
I've recently bought some blinds, and they came in time. The whole process was really fast and simple. Before placing an order I requested some fabric samples to be sent. They came in a letter (the company is based in Poland, but it still arrived pretty fast). The fabrics are of great quality. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase, will definitely order some more blinds.
Now I have two Roman blinds placed above my kitchen window with fabric Porto 2040 (gorgeous colour, very soft to touch)

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs!
Their customer service is unreliable, they take ages to respond and will not refund you if you are not satisfied with their low quality products. The measurement of the blind received were incorrect and after sending evidence they still managed to pretend that I am not able to measure. Do not order from them!! Not reliable, located in Poland, and will not refund in case of issue.

Hello, based on your pictures we proved that the blind was made correctly. You ordered skylight blind which material is, as said in "How to measure" instruction, narrower than the width given in the order. Your overall width was 780mm and after substracting said 25mm it would be 755mm. The last width, which is the width of the material in your blind, can be seen on the pictures that you sent. The fabric also is correct. You had chosen thermo dark beige, which has a silver thermo layer on the outside and dark beige layer on the inside. I also sent you picture of the said material sample, which matches your pictures of the blind. The blind is made correctly and can't be refunded.
I struggled to get the app to connect…
I struggled to get the app to connect with the blind motor. Finally got it going so bought two more, but before long all three were 'dead'.
They offered to replace them, but I had had enough of struggling, so gave up on their motors.

Smart blinds solution is a con
Smart blinds solution is a con. Sold with no charger other than the solar charger which doesn’t charge enough to move the blind even an inch. Told I could buy the charger separately but with postage is an extra £20 and it’s an EU plug not a UK plug. Have asked to be provided details of the UK equivalent (so I can buy one cheaper) but now no response.
If it needs a mains charger to work why not sell it with one?!

Hi, on our site it clearly says that the motor is sold without the charger and you need to buy it separately. Everything can be found in the Accessories page - the top three positions are motor, charger and solar panel. Also on the picture of the charger you can see that it is EU plug, not UK. We try to respond to emails immediately, but in this case we needed to contact the production department and wait for their response. We sell the charger separately, in case someone wants to buy a few motors but only one charger.
A very practical solution for skylights
Well constructed blinds that are easy to install and adjust. Most roof window blinds are designed to clip into uPVC frames but our skylights do not have glazing frames. I was therefore pleased to find that the Familyrollo blinds use spring clips that can be screwed into the skylight surround - problem solved! Thank you Familyrollo.
