The quality was amazing better than I expected.

The delivery which should have taken 5-6 days took 3 weeks. I asked for updates multiple times and never received a response other than "we're working in getting you an update".

The quality of the product was good but the customer service and turn a round time were bad.

What I ordered is perfect and arrived undamaged. I have not tried the QR Code - hopefully it works.

Absolutely beautiful. The only thing bad thing, it was dented in a few spots. But you can't really tell once I hung it up. I am very pleased with it.

Ordered a Custom Song Lyrics, Gold Vinyl Record for $94.90 on July 19th. 1- July 22nd got an email saying the order was shipped. 2- I received an email on July 25th saying my order shipped. 3- July 31st I received two emails at 4:44am saying that my order was shipped. When I check the tracking that day it said that a shipping label was created and that's it. 4- On August 1st I contacted them and on August 4th they told me this "We have contacted our carrier, and they confirmed your order is still in transit.
The tracking number has a delay in updating the status of your order. We hope you can be patient in this case and wait for a FEW MORE DAYS." 5- Today is August 11th and I do expect it to arrive today since I can see that it is at my post office where I live. 6- ALSO on August 4th I received an email asking me to rate my experience with them. I HAD NOT EVEN RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YET!!! I wanted to be sure to write this review before even receiving the product because regardless of the product quality, I will never do business with this hugely incompetent company. If the product quality is equally as poor as their organization, I will simply dispute the charges and return it. Nearly one month has passed and I have not received an Anniversary gift for an Anniversary now past. Don't waste your money or test your patience with Fami!!

The print turned out perfect! I made a last minute change which they were able to accommodate.

Purchased this as a gift and was not disappointed! The couple loved it! Yes, definitely would recommend. Thank you.

I can't say enough good things about this company, exceptional customer service! My Song Canvas was damaged when I received it. The damage was clearly done by the shipping company, there were footsteps all over the shipping box it came in. I emailed FamiPrints a picture of the damage and they sent me a new one within 4 days I had it. Unfortunately the second one was also damaged by the shipping company. I emailed FamiPrints a picture of the damage to both canvas side by side. Most companies would have told me to eat shit, however FamiPrints sent me a third one at no additional costs which is finally perfect. That's how you're supposed to take care of your customer, and I wasn't even mean. I wish more companies handled their business this way, thank you FamiPrints!.

I really love this canvas as I gave it as a wedding anniversary present and my family really loved the treasure memories this is going to make. Great Quality

Great looking product. Shipping and packaging was great to keep it safe. Will make a great gift on our wedding day.

The purchase was easy and simple. However, that’s were the pros ended immediately. Purchased the item with a date range for delivery. This date range came and went with no communication or updates from the company. I emailed as I purchased the item for a specific occasion. Received a generic email the first time and an email stating they would send a tracking number. On the third email, days after it should have arrived, there was a tracking number. Unfortunately, it didn’t return to any information. Site indicated it couldn’t identify the shipping company. Two weeks later when I indicated I was going to dispute the transaction with my bank, I receive the same tracking number but it works now.

This tells me the company did NOT ship my package and gave me the runaround until they realized I was going to get a refund. If you want something in a timely manner, I do NOT recommend this company. If you want good communication and customer service, I do NOT recommend. Take your money elsewhere perhaps Etsy.

I would like to start saying that I don't know why in my head I thought the disc with the lyrics on it would be a real disc, acrylic kind, added to the canvas to give a 3D look, and the lyrics would be printed on it. Well it's not, it's printed like a disc/DVD directly on canvas. So I was a little disappointed at first.
I still gave 5 stars because it was my misunderstanding about the product. It wasn't discribed like that, I assumed. I see it wasn't their fault. The canvas is very well done and very good print quality.
I had a problem doing it online as I got stuck at the cart section and couldn't move forward with my order. I had to contact the company, discribe what I wanted and ask them to do from their end. I was a little worry that the images wouldn't be positioned exactly the way I was doing the project myself, but they emailed me a preview that looks just like the one I put together myself. When it arrived at my home, it was perfect, well packet, no damages to the canvas. A beautiful 10-Year anniversary gift!

The product looked great and came as advertised. My wife loved it. Confusion about the delivery date and receiving emails out of sequence was the reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

Gave this gift to my daughter and son-in-law for their 20th wedding anniversary and they loved it. Glad I found this product through a Google search. Definitely recommend.

Their communication skills and ability to follow directions are horrible.
I asked them NOT to use UPS and to be called in my directions. I got an email ignoring my requests with product updates including a tracking number. And another telling me my product was on the way....via UPS! I responded to each email restating NOT to use UPS!
If you local UPS driver smokes, don't order from them! It came and it still reeks days later and after being outdoors for a few days.
That said, the product arrived on time and as described. The photo quality is good.
