I have still not received my order - “Scammers” why are Klarna dealing with this so call company, obviously cheap crap from China. Won’t be using Klarna again or anything advertised on Facebook. Not the first time this has happened!

Scammed me with £30 my order never received.

I ordered 3 bottles of mould stain remover at a cost of £44.98. I never got a confirmation email. The had my address incorrect on the screen. I tried to contact them via their website with no luck. They lie that they are UK based. Its a SCAM company in China, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not buy anything from this company ! The photo and description of the product are nothing like what I received .
Charged £30 for x2 mosaic diy mushroom kits and they came as two plastic coasters

Deluxe scare box,made of cheap plywood glued together. Measures 3inches by 2 inch.waste of money took forever to arrive. Nothing like as described, avoid.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered DIY mosiac kits and only received an awful plastic bit of tat instead. Have reached out the company several times and heard absolutely nothing from them. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered two mosaic kits. Came as a bit of acrylic not at all what thought was getting a waste of money. Asked for refund nothing as yet.

Worse than awful: criminal deception. Not uk. Not as described. Impossible to contact. Impossible to get refunds.

Been conned I was lead to believe they where make your own mosaic plaques and they arrived as a piece of plastic with a rubbish picture on they conned out of £36 quid. So disappointed never buy from these gonna ask for a refund!!

If I could give zero I would. What you order and what you receive are two different things. ordered a mosaic kit but received a pathetic piece of plastic with the picture on. They never refund you and it is a total scam....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Terrible company - placed an order in May - not received yet. Tracking number didn’t work and despite three emails have not had any response from them! Sure this is a scam company an will definitely never use again!

If I could give 0 I would. They lie about their company as in . Co. Uk. It’s Chinese, really awful standards. Delivery takes an age. Operating an ignorant customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY ASSOCIATED WITH IT.

Absolutely abhorrent service from this online store, have no contact from them . No guidance about shipping etc and it's been a month, they don't even bother to get in touch.

Do not recommend and shipping is expensive also for the slowest service

Would give 0 if I could. What a scam company. Ordered a bathroom washcloth in April and still haven't received it. They replied to emails that it's on its way with tracking number, which didn't work. Complained to PayPal and got my money back now.

Items never arrived, I sent a number of emails chasing. Eventually gave up and asked for my money back. Had an email saying they could send a replacement or refund. I confirmed I wanted a refund, heard nothing since and still fighting it. Do not buy from this company!

The product never arrived. The company ignored my emails. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal to get my money back. This is a scam. I doubt the products even exist.

I ordered from them. They said items were delivered and this is absolute lie. I have never received items and never got my money back. Don't buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! they had a cheek to ask me for a review on goods I have not received .

The first-purchase discount failed. No confirmation of my order was emailed to me. Fanshome sound like a scam.
